“It took me nearly an hour of shaking to get all 6 pens working. The pens worked well on Perspex but a better range of colours for 6 pens would be good, a blue, a true red. The three close colours of orange, yellow and bright yellow were a shame, also wine and brown both dull. Perhaps I missed alternative sets of 6?”

Hi, thanks for leaving us a review, you ordered the Autumn colours pack which has a range of 6 Autumn tones hence why those specific colours. We have many other packs available however many of them may have been out of stock at your time of purchase. Unfortunately there are supply problems with Posca at the moment for many different reasons but we hope some of the other packs will be back in stock soon . Thanks easichalk

“Good service but disappointed with the box the pens came in. They were very expensive and just came all jumbled up in the box with nothing holding them in. I don't want to open the box before I gift this to someone but it's not going to look very good with the pens just rolling around loose in the box. I expected far better for the price I paid.”

“Easichalk themselves were great and cannot fault their services. However the price you pay for posca pens you expect them to last a while a few of mine 2 from my rock starter set and 2 I brought separatehave ran out completely Iv followed all the rules to the t and even asked fellow posca pen users but the pens have definetly ran out of paint I’m not a heavy rock painter and haven’t left lids of so a bit sad as saved for my posca. I can’t afford to replace. So I have questioned are poscas even worth the money. I haven’t contacted Easichalk regarding this as thought they’d see it here.”

“Paid for 1st class postage but sadly it did not arrive on time. However I did receive a full refund which was very kind and unexpected as the chalkboard did eventually get delivered a few days late.”

“The product was nice, I bought a khaki green felt pen and was pretty decent. However, I do personally belive you should start investing in spray dyes such as a black or khaki etc. That would intrigue a lot of people to your website and would cause them to have an interest in purchasing your product.”

“I recently ordered and received 15 permanent paint markers for my sister for Christmas. They had 10% off but still came in at £36 delivered. Only to realise when they came they weren't even in a box only in a padded envelope. I'm happy with the markers but for that kind of money I'd of expected them to come in a box. Can hardly give them chucked in the bottom of an envelope as a Christmas present....DISAPPOINTING!”

Hi, thank you for your feedback. The markers you bought were one of our Mega Packs which are designed to offer the most value for money as possible and so customers can buy every single colour in a range for a fantastic price. We don't show any kind of box in the product image or make any mention of it in the product description. The RRP of the markers you bought were £60.75 so you did save almost £25 off the RRP by purchasing them altogether in that way. We do appreciate at this time of year customers are looking to purchase items as gifts and we will look into gift boxes in the future. Thanks to your feedback we have added in the product description of all our mega packs that they do come supplied loose so customers are more aware of this fact. Thank you again for the feedback.

“I bought the easichalk paint in the antique colour "champagne gold", I was expecting it to be a pale gold colour! But in my opinion, it is really a silver colour. so I am really disappointed with it!! the items are now silver instead of the colour I wanted.”

“Delivery time was really good. Customer service was exceptional - promptly responding to queries and doing their best to rectify problems. Downside was that the colours seen online bore very little resemblance to the colours in the tin. This is a significant problem and would deter me from ordering paint online again.”

“I found the paint, im sorry to say, a little watery, and i thus had to give my project 4 coats..using pretty much the whole tin. Which was disappointing as i had a coffee table i had wanted to paint ; (”
