“Slightly longer than I would normally have liked to arrive and my own particular order did not come with the benefit of transit tracking # but when it finally arrived the product itself was all there, present and correct.”

“My order arrived well packed. However I am disappointed that the plastic box containing the pens is too big. The pens rattle around in it, moving about and as it's a present for my grandson, I would have preferred that the pens were in an appropriately sized box which would hold them in place. I spent almost £75 on this gift and feel slightly annoyed about this.”

“Easy transaction. Arrived well packaged. Only reason I ducked a star is it took quite a while to arrive. For such a small light package. Then again, there are loads of delays everywhere”

“Only negative is that it's hard to search/view/find products on the website, it would benefit from some filters/sorting options but once I had spent some time to find what I wanted the ordering, price and delivery options were excellent. Products arrived very swiftly.”
