This was my first time buying a home, and the process was overall smoothe.

The interaction with builder, sales rep, design center and lender was phenomenal. The only issue is the yard and how it was finished. The sod was terribly laid and the back yard is totally unusable for several months due to the swamp of red clay it is.

During our building experience, communication was great and responses were always quick and helpful. Since closing 3 weeks ago, we have had some questions and things come up where we have not had as great service. Responses take several hours or even days, and we have a few small issues we are trying to get worked out with the builder. Overall, our experience was enjoyable and I would recommend to others.

Very satisfied with the house. A few problems came up during the building process but all the contractors are human too and is to be expected. The main thing that was a disappointment was the way the design center options were set up. Whole house packages aren't what we wanted for everything, and wish there was more picking and choosing available. For example, we only wanted white cabinets in the kitchen but would've been happy with the level 1 base cabinets in the bathrooms. And the paint options...why is there not white in the level 1?! Having to go all the way up to level 3 and spend nearly $3,000 just to get the ceilings white is ridiculous. Just put white everywhere so the ceilings can be done when we move in.

Overall, we love our home! However, we discovered a few issues after moving in. The Master Bathroom Shower leaks water out through the Shower Door and we had to change the Lock on the Front Door because the key would get stuck in the Locy Cylinder. Aside from these two issues, we very happy with our Home at this point.

I love my new home. I especially like the builder on site he was great to work with and always willing to answer any questions. This is my second home from Eastwood and I will always recommend them to others.

The building process took longer than expected, but was well worth the wait. We are very happy.

We are enjoying our new house tremendously. Our project manager who we sincerely enjoyed left the company halfway through the build. Despite this the transition was fairly seamless. Glad to say our first home buying experience was great!

Overall we are very happy with our new home, it is beautiful, comfortable and pleasant. Working on issues that have to be resolved, they promised to resolve them. The closing is a different story, it took a lot longer than it shoud have, they gave us a packet with house keys, no explanation of the paperwork in the packet, mail box key was not included. It would have been nice if some one from Eastwood homes was present to go through the packet pointing things out of interest that are relevant to warranty, or registering the things that have to be registered. If we had to do it again, we would. The people of Eastwoodhomes are great, helpful informative. Thank you Eastwood Homes.

We thoroughly enjoyed the building process with Eastwood and can’t say enough great things about the professionalism and friendliness of the staff we had the pleasure of working with, specifically Chris and Candace. The only reason we cannot give a five star review is the corners that were cut in the cleaning process prior to closing. As we’ve gotten settled in our home we have noticed there is paint on every light fixture in the closets, hallways, laundry rooms and bathrooms. When we went to paint ourselves, we couldn’t get tape to stick to the trim because of excessive amounts of drywall dust that wasn’t cleaned. The little window above the front door alone had about a quarter inch of dust caked on it. There were also scuff marks on our kitchen cabinets and dishwasher that I pointed out during our final walk throughs prior to closing that I was told would be taken care of by the cleaners and they weren’t. Overall, just more attention to detail would be appreciated in the future.

Overall the experience was great. Sherri really picked a great plot for me. She listened to what I was looking for. Her honesty was very much appreciated. I didn't feel like she was trying to sell me something. I honestly felt she genuinely cared about what I was looking for in a new home. Chris was great as well. He was very thorough in explaining the building process. Overall I couldn't be happier.

Eastwood was very easy to deal with and Michelle and Ben were wonderful with answering questions and valuing our needs. The only change I’d make is to have the design center more knowledgeable about how much the homes around you are appraising for, because we appraised for 16k less than what our lender told us we could spend, so we had to delete quite a few upgrades which left us a little frustrated. Michelle Puletti was amazing in doing all she could though to keep us happy during that hiccup

We were very satisfied with the home purchasing process Eastwood Homes provided. The home is beautiful and the quality of work looks very good. Randi and John were both extremely helpful and receptive to our needs. We still have some issues with kitchen cabinets and some repairs which are still pending. Would appreciate to have these expedited so we can have the repairs completed. One aspect of the process which we did not agree with is; when we performed our final walk-through before closure date, my expectation was to find little things which needed repairs, though some repairs were very obvious, such as kitchen cabinet cracks, drawers not closing properly, microwave/oven not set in cabinets properly, etc.. To us, these should be considered obvious observations which should have been noticed, tested by the installers then repaired before our walk-through. I'm not sure how your quality control processes work with your sub-contractors, but it appears they should provide better quality before my final sign-off. Thank you. Vincent Vono
