“When I first moved to Charlotte almost 15 years ago and was looking to buy a new home, I was introduced to Eastwood Homes in my search for a quality builder. A model home in a development off Rocky River Road caught my attention, and I was told it would soon be available for sale. The house was built with quality in both workmanship and materials, and I fell in love with it. After saying "I'll take it" I learned that it would not become available for another three months. Disappointed with the delay, I purchased another home from a reputable builder in Highland Creek. Recently I learned of the Eastwood Parkview Estates development in Concord, NC because some friends and former neighbors were having a house built there. One day in my regular trips to see the progress on their house I noticed another model home by Eastwood that had excellent curb appeal to me. Upon stopping in the sales office to speak with a representative, I learned the model was available for sale...and right now.
