Jacy Campbell is a TRUE professional; totally knowledgeable of Eastwood's process, caring and truly a great person. Ideal skillset for the job she obviously loves.
Next up, Brandi Metcalfe at the Design Center. Amazing employee! OWNS that Design Center. Admittedly we DID do our "homework" ahead of time but, Brandi walked us through the design of our "future castle" with grace, aplomb and was a TOTALLY patient professional. Helped us EVERY step of the way with asking the right questions and answering EVERY one of ours.
David Ford is an awesome Construction Manager. He MUST have a Harry Potter "Time Turner" because he CAN, and IS, everywhere at once. From our first meeting, the day the concrete arrived for the foundation, to catching him in the street yesterday to ask a question, the man seems to ALWAYS be on the J...O...B. He was always available to answer questions even when it was NOT during his and Jacy Campbell's weekly telecom with us when we lived in Southwestern V”

After moving in I found a few issues that need to be addressed However; they also offer a warranty on the home which is fantastic for those build related issues that will inevitably come up.

“After being promoted last year I started hunting for my first home and was becoming quickly disappointed in the offerings around the city in my price range. I finally found something I liked and went to visit the community only to leave more disappointed than when I arrived.
I confided in a coworker/friend and she persuaded me to go house hunting with her. After a day of roaming I remembered that I had once looked at an Eastwood home and had been impressed with finishings. We ended up meeting Kenya Walker at a site in north Charlotte. She enthusiastically encouraged me to consider buying a home and suggested a new community near my job called Savannah Townhomes. There was no model and similar neighborhoods... only a few virtual tours.
Days later, determined, nervous, and excited at the prospect of buying my first home, I contacted Amanda Hayzlett and arranged to meet her at the models that were literally just concrete slab and framing. Without any of the finishings or staging in place, I made a big decision to take a leap of faith into making the purchase.
Months later and after a few delays, I’m finally in my home and I could not be more happy with the result. Amanda, James, and Kenya the builder were INCREDIBLE to work with! My process was smooth and they kept me informed of all updates and delays. I’ve heard horror stories from friends about purchasing a home and I’m so grateful that my experience was the complete opposite. I’m blessed to be in a home that I LOVE and that meets my needs so well. My only minor complaint is that the driveway is a bit snug and because of the size of my car, I often take a step into my neighbor’s lawn. But that’s a very small inconvenience when I have so much to be happy for.

“When I first walked in to inquire about the new neighborhood being built, I wasn’t expecting to be able to buy the new homes. Amanda showed the different designs and explained the process and I was signing paperwork in a couple of weeks. Everything went great and choosing all the home options at the design center was a blast.
Then the waiting of the home to finish began. It seemed like forever when the estimated finish time arrived. It wasn’t ready, boo. However, two months after that date it was ready. The close process was simple, walkthrough issues were taken care of and the home looked excellent.
Now to buy furniture to fill my bigger home.
