“After being promoted last year I started hunting for my first home and was becoming quickly disappointed in the offerings around the city in my price range. I finally found something I liked and went to visit the community only to leave more disappointed than when I arrived.
I confided in a coworker/friend and she persuaded me to go house hunting with her. Days later, determined, nervous, and excited at the prospect of buying my first home, I contacted Amanda Hayzlett and arranged to meet her at the models that were literally just concrete slab and framing. Without any of the finishings or staging in place, I made a big decision to take a leap of faith into making the purchase.
Months later and after a few delays, I’m finally in my home and I could not be more happy with the result. Amanda, James, and Kenya the builder were INCREDIBLE to work with! My process was smooth and they kept me informed of all updates and delays. I’ve heard horror stories from friends about purchasing a home and I’m so grateful that my experience was the complete opposite. I’m blessed to be in a home that I LOVE and that meets my needs so well. My only minor complaint is that the driveway is a bit snug and because of the size of my car, I often take a step into my neighbor’s lawn. But that’s a very small inconvenience when I have so much to be happy for.

“When I first moved to Charlotte almost 15 years ago and was looking to buy a new home, I was introduced to Eastwood Homes in my search for a quality builder. A model home in a development off Rocky River Road caught my attention, and I was told it would soon be available for sale. The house was built with quality in both workmanship and materials, and I fell in love with it. After saying "I'll take it" I learned that it would not become available for another three months. Disappointed with the delay, I purchased another home from a reputable builder in Highland Creek. Recently I learned of the Eastwood Parkview Estates development in Concord, NC because some friends and former neighbors were having a house built there. One day in my regular trips to see the progress on their house I noticed another model home by Eastwood that had excellent curb appeal to me. Upon stopping in the sales office to speak with a representative, I learned the model was available for sale...and right now. I could not resist going in to see this beautiful Eastwood home and that did it for me. The quality of workmanship and materials was superb, and the house had many beautiful upgrades since it was used as a model. I went back to sales and said "where do I sign". Now that I've been in my new house for almost one month I can truly say I love it...I finally got my Eastwood home!”
