“I never bought anything from easy life, but they took £65,89 from my account in October 2023, when I asked where the had my visa number from , they said another company. Checking back on statements found another £65,89 had been taken in August 2023. I have previously reported this to my bank, who were going to look into to it, it was reported in November, I am also 84 yrs of age.”

“Beware of making payments to easylife. I bought an item from them before xmas, I then received a call from them offering a loyalty card subscription, which I refused. As I never received the card I assumed that they had got the idea that I didn't want any loyalty card. then I noticed they had taken £69.50 out of my bank. I got my money back, some others might not be so lucky or may not even notice the money gone.”

“Dreadful. Charging me £18.50 each month for nothing , saying I said yes to a magazine, conned me I am in my 70s , I called the they said they would stop this, they have not going to see solicitors, Evil,”

“I ordered three items in May last year, received two which I am very pleased with. The third there was a delay so I just cancelled it. I had sent a cheque so asked for a refund And this is where my problem starts since August I have phoned twice and written three times and been assured a refund was coming my question is WHEN???????”

“Bought 3 copper face masks £6-66 each and no wire insert to seal around nose leaving gap for germs to enter and allow glasses to steam up, poor quality for price. Was told delivery in 3 to 5 days, it took 15 days from despatch to delivery for a simple envelope all enquiries by email or phone ignored. Poor quality and customer relations.”

“I am giving them 2 star reason being I've been ordering from this company for a couple of years & never experience any problems before until recently. I order a ladder for my father, unfortunately it was too heavy & items missing. Tried calling them on several occasion and was waiting up to 20mins before getting disconnected. Emailed them still no response. I have now return the goods by Hermes . Still no sign of a return very disappointed. Spoke to my credit card company and they advise I will have to wait 30days before they can look into this.”

“Ok for non-electrical items (some good, some not so good) but v poor for battery operated items. I have sent back lots of things that just don't work. Also they are at risk of breaking the law re trading standards.”
