This company have been debiting my mums account every month since 2021. My mum is a vulnerable pensioner who had no idea this was being debited until I checked her bank statements with her. I have emailed and called them several times and they promise she will be refunded but it is still dragging on. They took a total of £1319.31 for subscriptions that she never requested and so far have only refunded £743.39 back to her since November last year. This company is a disgrace and I urge anyone who has experienced this to report them to the Financial Ombudsman (the name of which no members of staff or even know what an Ombudsman is, let alone who theirs is). They were supposed to collect my parcel yesterday, then I got a message saying they couldn’t deliver as they did not have my address, it’s a RETURN, so they were supposed to collect today, still waiting

Ordered life like bunnies for $25 for Easter. Received them and they look nothing like advertised. This is a scam website. Sending out products that are a fraction of what is advertised.

SPECTRUM-CREST totally saved me! After that awful experience with a scammy broker, they helped me get my money back. They were so professional and knew exactly what to do. It was amazing how quickly they got my money back. Seriously, if you're in a similar mess, contact them!

These people are utter scum. Took over £100 from my elderly mother’s account , even though she never signed up to anything. She now has the aggro of having to cancel her card and get a new one. Why this company have not been shut down I don’t know.

As with other reviewers, my elderly parents were signed up to their 'loyalty subscription' despite saying they didn't want to. Easylife took over £150 in instalments. If you find yourself in the same position, get a list of all the payments they have taken from you, as you will be asked to go through them one by one. Money was refunded eventually.

Got a subscription. Not requested taking £18.50 a month. Had it stopped and refunded. Then it started again. System error said someone in South Africa. Goodbye customer.

Purchased the 2 Easy to read alarm clocks with easy night time viewing. Can hardly read the hands and numbers in a dark room. These are a dud. If you want a night clock, make sure it's a 240 volt unit.

Dont use service 10 baje morning ke time aa aate aate evening me 6 Baje aae jab 25 baar call karne ke baad aur 30 mins me 2 bathroom saaf karke bhe nekal gae kara bhe esa na ke barabar ese better khud he kar sakte hai wahe urban clap se karwao proper time deke ache se karke hai

My elderly aunt had nearly £400 taken from her bank account over a 9 month period after ordering something from Easy life. My husband had £69 taken from his bank account after ordering something on behalf of his father. My husband has subsequently had another £50 taken from his bank account after a cold call from a third party acting on behalf of Easy life. After contacting and complaining, Easy life informed him that these payments were for a subscription to a ‘Rewards club’. No information about the ‘rewards club’ was received or knowledge or permission to join was ever made. No rewards were ever received. These amounts were refunded by Easylife, but only after my husbands vigilantance with his bank statements, and after my Aunt was admitted into hospital, we needed to go through her finances. My Aunt and husband had not given permission at any time, or for their data to be passed on to a third party who act for on behalf of East life. How on earth are Easy life getting away with scamming so many unsuspecting people? This company is immoral and surely using unlawful practices. They should be stopped!

Scammers took 18.50 a month from 93 year old for nothing. Customer service is rude. Do not give your card details to buy anything from these people. Fraudsters. Preying on the vulnerable
