Firstly if I could give no stars, I would. How do they sleep at night? I'm still struggling to get a refund but so far, nothing. I have sent emails to the press about them. But from reading all the complaints to trading Standards, Police Fraud Dept and the Press, they are still getting away with it. It's downright theft. My next step is Social Media to warn everyone. SCUM is what they are. Wait till their parents ge fleeced, ha ha. Sons or Daughters to be proud of I don't think so. SCUM

Dont ever deal with Easylife, after a cold call my 84 year old wife found she had joined The Rewards Club, The Motoring Club and the Puzzle Book club without any idea that she had agreed to anything and money was taken from my credit card used for a purchase last summer. As the card was in my sole name they had no authority to take any money and it has all now been refunded. The only way to stop these scammers using your card is to demand under section 47 of the data protection Act 2018 that they stop processing your data including details of your credit card for marketing purposes and remove all data from their records. Also register your telephone under the Telephone Preference Service which should make it illegal to make cold calls to it. Hopefully these two steps should make it possible to take legal action should they ever dare to call again.

Scam company. My late wife was conned into this. I phoned up and cancelled in 2022 and the magazines stopped coming. Now I have been charged another £18.50. This is fraud and I will report it to my bank

This company prey on old vulnerable people and take money from their accounts without their knowledge. Sister in law was caught by this and even after her death this company continued to take money from her account despite being advised of her demise until we stopped her bank account. We asked them to explain the charges that ranged from £18.50 to nearly £80. Originally no reply but when pushed their answer was that the account had been anonymized and so no details could be given. This company is run by crooks who take advantage of the elderly and vulnerable. I will be pursuing this further with them once i get probate granted. Re the response from easylife below, this just goes to show their total lack of interest in my review, full of generalities but no apology or attempt to correct the issues I have raised. The facts are they conned an elderly and vulnerable lady out of money. When advised of her death they still continued to take money from her bank account!!!! How low can they get? They have also refused to explain what the money was taken for. Further robust action against these liars and shysters will be taken as soon as probate has been granted. This company is run by con artists, please please do not give them any card details. Date of experience: 03 March 2023

I give a minus 5 rating...BEWARE everyone of this horrendous evil manipulate Company. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM. This company took hundreds out of my parent's accounts over several years without them knowing...I managed to get refunded 12 months worth only from the bank but god knows how much more had been taken and over how many years...the amounts were similar to everyone else's so presume it was the fraudulent subscriptions. This Company needs shutting down....I would do it if I knew how...

Something has to be done about this evil parasitic organization that preys on the vulnerable. We somehow need to all collectivize and get them shut down once and for all.

Utterly appalling company. Quite unsolicited they debited my bank account £74.95 to go on some reward scheme I did not want. This happened after I put the phone down as I was fed up being pestered. This is surely an illegal scam. Easy life - not in the least. It seems they make life hard for many and they should be reported to trading standards. Can Trust Pilot do that ?

Wish I had read reviews. Still waiting for an order. I decided to cancel order but basically no way to do this. No one answering customer services. No reply to e.mails so I have just got to accept that I have thrown money away. Very disappointed.

Having placed my order with this company on the 2nd June 2020, I am still waiting for my order! Despite the answer machine message advising that my card would not be charged until the goods are being despatched, it has been charged and yet still no goods! Having had no response to any emails and being advised that there was another 80!!! calls before me all trying to get through I am really struggling what to do. Having spoken to my Credit Card company they are not interested and because I have had a Holiday refund sent through means that they get their money and just lie their way through the phone call. I am thinking of contacting a small claims court to get this sorted. *****DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY***

SCAMMER call centre agents will take your bank details (from your purchase,) and sign you up for fake 'trials' that they don't even send out to the customer. This is how they make their money, as you get charged for 'going over the trial period.' SCAMMERS DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS, I AM A PAST EMPLOYEE

They keep your card details so they can automatically charge the elderly and vulnerable for memberships that are hard sold from the call center in Cyprus.

I spoke to them on behalf of my 86 year old Nan, they have signed her up for a subscription that I 100 % know she did not agree to be cause I was the one than asked them to completely cancel everything. They have continued to take a payment 2 days ago of £18. Scammers targeting elderly vulnerable people. STAY AWAY and please spread this on all social media platforms as I will be doing. The more we spread awareness the less likely people are to get scammed!

Outrageous My 85 year old relative placed one order on this site and has been signed up to and £18.50 quarterly subscription. This is for their - rewards club which she knows nothing about and has received zero correspondence. I’ve called them today to discuss this and was: 1. Hung up twice 2. And the queued for 10 minutes when I got through to what I initially thought was an automated message advising they were closed. When I interrupted this message it turns out this was a member of staff impersonating an automated message to say they were closed - despite the fact I had queued and they had a human being answering the phone also despite the fact that not 10 minutes earlier I had spoken to someone briefly. Following some internet research it turns out they sign elderly people up to this sort of thing all the time, presumably hoping they won’t notice. After a call to Barclays they are raising a dispute to get the money refunded - according to them not for the first time. Check out this question from their own FAQ on their own website Q: I did not agree to the trial going ahead but have received a letter from you saying I have signed up, how is that possible? A: Our agents are trained to follow a script that they must stick to. If you are in any doubt that you have signed up then please let us know so we can investigate this for you. We want our customers to enjoy the rewards we are offering them so please do get in contact on 0333 030 0777 if you are worried. Sums it up really

Total scammers. Duped my elderly Mother out of £69.99 for some discount card. Good job that I checked her back statement and phoned for a refund. This is scandalous! Preying on old, vulnerable people.

This company hacks scammed my 91year old grandmother. Sending her books she hasn’t ordered and debiting her bank account, they then lied to her and said they had not charged her. They need to be investigated.
