When my daughter gave me my Christmas present, imagine the joyful anticipation, as I took off the wrapper, turning to joyless disappointment to find the `Jewelled solar LED Light-Up windmill' was dis-functional. The fourth extension rod, that is the swivel device, had a female fitting when it should have been a male fitting. As we all know two females cannot be joined together. So I was left with a piece of junk metal! I was too embarrassed to tell my daughter she had given me a scrap metal present. However when she asked where it was, I had to confess. So you need to send me a windmill that works or a swivel rod with a male fitting or refund my daughter. The Account number is 8722996, the order date is12 Nov 2022, the order number is OR14545898.

WARNING Avoid this Company Same thing happened to my elderly parents.Made a small purchase and then we have just noticed that they have made regular withdrawals from their bank account.Seems they prey on the old and vulnerable.Once they have your Bank details they help themselves.

Were taking £18.50 from my mother's card 4-weekly to start with then took 2 payments on consecutive weeks. I emailed 3 times to cancel and rang in the end. No joy so I have cancelled her debit card.

Beware - once they have your card or account details they will help themselves! Mum phoned Easylife at the end of last year to buy some socks which she paid for by credit card. Then discovered this year that various other monies had been charged by them to her credit card over a number of months. She eventually got the money back but surely this is fraudulent! Hundreds of similar accounts on this and other review sites. And in many online press articles. How are they able to trade? They have this month - October 2022 - been fined for their data profiling activities and for calling people registered with the Telephone Preference Service. Now they need to also be held to account for taking money without proper consent. Stealing.

Avoid this awful company. Trying to cancel a reward scheme for a deceased person is a joke. Also getting a refund for a returned item is also a joke. Never been treated like this before would not recemmend

Don't deal with this company that preys on the elderly.some of their products might help. I am 76 but fir and with it .after buying a mop which I struggled to assemble .they phoned me asking if I wanted to join various clubs they run. About health puzzles etc. It sounded like a scam but said you could have 28 days after receipt to cancel so thought I'd look and see.i only received one of the 3 membership packages they offered..the medical. I looked at it decided not to do it and sent the form back cancelling it. Two weeks later..not evenafter 28 days cooling off period I see that £200 in two separate amounts was taken from my bank account for these memberships that I haven't taken out. I'm fighting for my money back.ill have nothing to do with this company. I realise this phone call is meant to confuse some elderly who might even forget it later .it's a way of scamming vulnerable people

Had a bad experience. Ordered an item and then received a phone call and I was persuaded to subscribe to Book Club. Received free offer of books but decided to contact Easylife to cancel subscription which they promised to do. They then sent more books and kept taking money from my bank. After many phone calls, emails and letters finally got my money back. However, they keep sending me unwanted and unsolicited mail despite my asking them to stop and take my address off their database. Do not deal with this company they are rip off merchants and break every single promise. They will take your money but fight you tooth and nail before you receive any refund. Many people probably give up before receiving refund. A shameful and unethical way to do business.

Easylife pass your details to a company that very forcefully tryù to make you subscribe to a benefit company on the basis of receiving a £50 asda voucher. I've been receiving phonecalls over a 2 year period and fed up of it now.

I telephoned easylife on two occasions today and was unable to communicate with them. Unfortunately they do not speak English so I was unable to place my order. But on reading the negative reviews I am thankful that they were unable to communicate and so I will definitively not be dealing with this company.

Purchased item for an elderly person, she then received a phone call, I ended up with monthly subscriptions taken from my credit card and they only spoke to the elderly person and not to me who paid for the item, this is a terrible and Greg Caplan has some explaining to do, as Easylife claim this is a third party activity, but who is sending them my credit card details
