My mum.has been scammed so far in 3 bank statements over £700 this is not the total amount we are getting solicitors involved as looking back it's alot more .she is very elderly.these people are disgusting

Don't deal with this company that preys on the elderly.some of their products might help. I am 76 but fir and with it .after buying a mop which I struggled to assemble .they phoned me asking if I wanted to join various clubs they run. About health puzzles etc. It sounded like a scam but said you could have 28 days after receipt to cancel so thought I'd look and see.i only received one of the 3 membership packages they offered..the medical. I looked at it decided not to do it and sent the form back cancelling it. Two weeks later..not evenafter 28 days cooling off period I see that £200 in two separate amounts was taken from my bank account for these memberships that I haven't taken out. I'm fighting for my money back.ill have nothing to do with this company. I realise this phone call is meant to confuse some elderly who might even forget it later .it's a way of scamming vulnerable people

Saw the expanding trellis which we use to keep our dog contained at night. Works really well. The service was excellent and delivery on time. We also ordered another item which did not suit us and, with no quibble, we were awarded a refund. Excellent company with which to do business would highly recommend.

Catalogue with a very wide variety of useful household and gardening products, which saves time trailing round the shops looking for things. Very prompt and efficient service at reasonable prices. Sometimes with free delivery.

Biggest scam ever stealing money from my bank account without my permission preying on the elderly I never signed up for their catalogue I advise people never buy anything from them

Wish I had read the reviews.for this company before I placed two orders nearly 70pounds worth. Waited over month for face masks which are rubbish not even as good as the ones you can buy in the likes of the super stores for a couple of ponds Then waited almost two months for gloves and hand sanitizers again I can now buy these locally for less then half the price I have paid Easylife. All this time the company are send emails and advertising in National newspapers about their products When they have outstanding orders not fulfilled .I know other people very unhappy with Easylife The only advise I would give is DONT order from them.

We've had €65.90 in 2021 £65.89 in 2022. Taken from Easylife & Homeshopping (same company) from our bank account ,without our consent or knowledge. Spoke to a person in head office ,who doesn't seem to either care or not interested w WHAT DO WE DO ???

Had I read the reviews before ordering I would not have done so. However I did order early August. I refused the Perx offer but needed to double check that. Only once managed to get through on the phone out of several attempts. Twice cancelled the order, BUT it still arrived on 17th September. Initially I was going to refuse to accept delivery but decided I really did not want to spend next few weeks trying to get my money back, so accepted. Unfortunately there was damage in 2 places. Taking the bull by the horn I emailed the CEO who responded within hours, passing my complaint onto the ‘team’. Within a couple of hours I had received an offer of full refund and collection of item. As my husband had started using this item I thanked them but declined the offer. As a gesture of goodwill they gave a partial refund. Soooo whilst Covid can’t excuse everything, I did eventually receive reasonable service. I could even be tempted to try them again.🤞🤞🤞

I never bought anything from easy life, but they took £65,89 from my account in October 2023, when I asked where the had my visa number from , they said another company. Checking back on statements found another £65,89 had been taken in August 2023. I have previously reported this to my bank, who were going to look into to it, it was reported in November, I am also 84 yrs of age.

Beware of making payments to easylife. I bought an item from them before xmas, I then received a call from them offering a loyalty card subscription, which I refused. As I never received the card I assumed that they had got the idea that I didn't want any loyalty card. then I noticed they had taken £69.50 out of my bank. I got my money back, some others might not be so lucky or may not even notice the money gone.

Dreadful. Charging me £18.50 each month for nothing , saying I said yes to a magazine, conned me I am in my 70s , I called the they said they would stop this, they have not going to see solicitors, Evil,

I ordered three items in May last year, received two which I am very pleased with. The third there was a delay so I just cancelled it. I had sent a cheque so asked for a refund And this is where my problem starts since August I have phoned twice and written three times and been assured a refund was coming my question is WHEN???????
