“I found that the product was excellent and the pricing fair and reasonable. However, I do have reservations about the sales process and particularly the sales staff I encountered when I eventually was able to actually speak to an individual. During my sales order I found the male person I spoke with was curt , unfriendly and obviously couldn't wait to get on with his next sale. I was told that I would receive the item " within the next 10 days" only to receive an e-mail the following day advising me that the item I had ordered was "out of stock". I subsequently sent 2 e-mails complaining about this incident and received no response whatsoever. However the items I had ordered were delivered to my home address some 7 days later and I am pleased with them. My bank account was subsequently debited with the correct cost.”

“Company kept in touch whilst a backlog of orders were dealt with, which was appreciated. The item an extending electric hedge trimmer arrived as promised within the time scale promised. So I was very pleased.”

“I wrote to Eckman requesting help with a problem I had with a Strimmer. All that I received from them as a reply to my query was their current catalogue. This contained no help whatsoever. I believe that I am being generous with 1 star. M England”

“The Product arrived very promptly. My wife bought It for her business a Property Services Agency and she uses It most weeks on overhanging Bushes, cut backs to various Items In the garden. In particular she had a devil of a massive Holly Tree and people in the village remarked It's the first time they've seen look nice. Finally she has been able to say that the product has contributed to Increased work, so all's good.”
