Total rip off because my credit card does not have raised numbers on it as it is a new card from the UK they won't accept it or give me a refund. Avoid avoid avoid at all cost

Contrate el FULL COVERAGE, para una reserva de vehículo en el aeropuerto de Bariloche, y desde el 17 octubre que presente la documentación para el reembolso de los daños ocasionados en un aparcamiento al vehículo, pagados a la empresa de alquiler, sigo sin recibir dicho reembolso, ni tener información de como está el proceso. Con fecha 28.11, despues de varias reclamaciones, y Fullcoverage, me solicito nuevamente los extractos de la cuenta y de la tarjeta de crédito donde se reflejaran los pagos de la reserva y de la franquicia, que fueron nuevamente remitidos en esa fecha, sin tener ninguna otra noticia del reembolso.

Horrible experience never book with this company. I'had several issues with their rental provider addCar Booking amount they charged me was only partially credited during pickup, their rental provider told me their broker fee is deducted from the booking amount Rental provider forced me to take full supplement insurance after looking my insurance when my insurance has full liability coverage. Class of car that was booked was not honored, instead of providing an upgrade due to unavailability I was provided a downgraded car which was in terrible shape. Finally inspite of satifying all the drop off conditions they still haven't issued my deposit refund. Inspite of reaching several times their response is very slow two weeks delayed, incomplete and siding with their rental provider.

Tried to cancel my car...on the website there was not a place for canceling...i called the number to customers service and was told the only way i could get a full refund is use the website...i told them i followed the instructions and still no place to cancel... Dont use these people....

Horrible Experience - Avoid Economy Bookings at All Costs! My car rental experience was a complete disaster due to the incompetence and inflexibility of both Economy Bookings and their rental car partner. The rental company flat-out refused to accept my Tesla insurance, leaving my family, including young children, stranded in the cold with no vehicle. Adding insult to injury, Economy Bookings' customer service was utterly useless. They offered no viable solutions or meaningful support, and the process of obtaining a refund has been a nightmare. It’s clear they prioritize profits over their customers' well-being. I’m now forced to dispute the charge through my credit card company because Economy Bookings has failed to take responsibility. This level of unprofessionalism and lack of accountability is unacceptable. Save yourself the frustration, and do NOT book with Economy Bookings!

I had booked a luxury class. Dad booked car and no equivalent vehicle were available there. I have complained about it but have not received an answer so far. Likewise, in the previous booking, I was shown an extended cancellation as incl. After the cancellation wanted. but don't know anything about it anymore and have kept the money completely. NEVER AGAIN!!

They require a $2,000 deposit to rent a car. I’ve never had that requested in the 25 years I’ve rented cars. Customer service is terrible!

B82339149 - Booking Team , I was denied booking by Routes Car rental with the reason that they don't rent to local and want return ticket. Firstly i am not local as I am visiting US for a project (more than a year). Even after booking return ticket for the same date (car return date), i was denied and I was told that I didn’t have the ticket in first place. When I reserved on your website , rental company was not mentioned and Economy booking picked it up for me upon payment. As per policy, only routes.ca require return ticket but i was unaware if Routes will be my rental company. If Economy Booking was aware of this they Return ticket details should have been made mandatory on your website or booking confirmation. Moreover, your confirmation email says NO SHOW if • Failure to bring all necessary documentation (voucher, driving license/s, passport etc) requested by the Supplier (information is provided in the rental conditions). No one will understand that ETC is return tickets for already selected Rental company by Economy bookings. Upon request of changing rental company was also not entertained by Economy bookings. Now Economy booking hold my money approx. CAD 400 for services i never received. Neither i received any refund nor rental car through your company. My request is to refund my hard earned money or let discuss this matter with Ombudsman.

Company is a joke. "NOT LIABLE FOR FLIGHT DELYAS, NO REFUND FOR NOT SHOWING UP AT TIME OF YOUR RENTAL, SORRY" I emailed them as soon as I knew of delay flying out of US to Germany DO NOT use this outfit for car bookings. Carrentals.com is much more customer friendly.

NEVER USE THIS SITE!! I would highly recommend going with a different company. I have travelled and rented cars in over 15 countries and never experienced anything like this. I paid online 2 months in advance. When arriving at the airport I was told I hadn’t paid and the company had scammed me. The women at fox rentals at the airport then said I should call and cancel the booking as I’ve been scammed. When I called the original company (economy bookings) the women on phone proceeded to tell me she couldn’t hear me and hung the phone up and then wouldn’t answer the phone after. I had to pay over $800 cash from a different company at the airport for a different car. Don’t think this won’t happen to you, they may offer cheap prices but you’re better off going directly with a company from the airport!!! Just to note: When I tried to review on their website I wasn’t allowed because apparently my ‘booking doesn’t exist’ even though I have email receipts and their bank details from the original booking. Awful awful awful company should be shut down! Only gave a 1 star review because you can’t leave no stars!!!

🚨 Warning about Economybookings 🚨 I had a terrible experience with Economy Bookings. I booked a car to pick up at El Calafate Airport (Argentina). At the counter, they refused to give me the car because I didn’t have a credit card. However, this requirement was never mentioned during the booking process or in the confirmation email. I contacted customer service, but they refused to issue a refund, claiming it was in the "terms & conditions." This shows a lack of transparency and poor customer support. ❗ Think twice before booking with them. If they fail to provide clear and essential information, you might lose your money as I did. The rudest customer service I've experienced. I cancelled a booking that was worth 702. I then booked another car which was advertised as around 250. The credit remaining on my account was a little under 300. When I called customer service to understand this discrepancy the woman said it was something to do with the policy of the car company but couldn't tell me what the price I had paid was for the car and when I asked for clarification she started talking to me in a slow, irritated and patronising voice then got angry with me and told me she needed to speak to me slowly because I couldn't understand her explanation the first time and not to interrupt her. When I asked her not to be rude she said if I interrupted her one more time she would hang up the call. What lovely people employed there. Would never use them again

There are hidden fees everywhere when I asked for my money back they told me I was a liar and I didn't see it. I actually screen-captured it. Then the refund doesn't come to you completely it goes into a credit with them and you have to talk to the people that don't want to help in the first place so you can get your money back for good. It is so annoying! I would give them 0 stars but I can't do less than 1. Of course they retain the cancellation fee even when I told them that it was unfair because they hid the real price.

COMPLETE SCAM! They offer cars they do not have stock of and then automatically book you alternate other (more expensive) cars without your consent. Their phone number only connects sometimes and half the people on the other end are rude and unhelpful. Wasted too much time trying to book with them and then even more time trying to cancel.

Oh 😲 They offer you a 10% discount to basically rip you off your reservation, Money, Holliday, and your valuable time !! 😒😒 At the time of vehicle pick up the rental company basically didn't honor the reservation and just gave me a non working phone# to call!? They also work with cheapest worst rental companies like Thrifty and so on !? They basically ruined my Thanksgiving and $286 paid rental charge!! Customer support refused a refund and I could barely understand what he said!?Heavy accent with poorly spoken English!!😒 They love providing no services while get paid fo it!? Definitely ripping you off!?

We booked a hire car through Economy Bookings in August 2023. The company they supplied the car through was Drivalia. We encountered numerous problems with the car throughout the trip. The car was low on oil, overdue for a service by 23,000km, had no spare tyre, two of the tyres were illegal and two were just on the legal limit of tread. One of the tyres had already been patched with a spray on patch and it ended up with a hole in it. After almost 18 months we have still received no satisfactory resolution to this issue and it is impossible to speak to a person. No one even bothers to answer our emails now. They just keep telling us they are looking into the matter. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
