Not clear whether and how and where my pre-existing credit has been applied to the bill but I was charged an amount that did not include the credit - it is not obvious. Additionally, process didn't show which rental company would supply of the three mentioned (Thrifty EuropCar and Sixt), and sure enough it's the company I wish to never reward with my money again which I now "have to" patronise.

Cannot use full voucher, not clearly defined. Refunds are unclear. Randomly charged extras without reason. Not able to use the full value of voucher. Not impressed at all. Had to amend which was my fault, but still not being able to use the full value of the voucher, having to pay 84 + EUR again is not on. Especially when you have a voucher for a certain amount remaining. Will amend this if I receive some sort of positive feedback, but for now, not impressed at all. Last time I will use despite having the "excess" amount remaining. Unclear and not in line with normal policy.

When I attempted to pay, and the payment was unsuccessful, instead of returning me to the payment page,e I was redirected to the main page and started over with choosing everything over again, and adding my personal details again. So annoying.

Price increased from £96 to £136, a Location fee was added for a reason ? Never heard of this before and absolutely disagree with another made up charge.

We had credit from previous trip, we tried to use it for this trip, and got a confirmation about it, but the sum was not reduced. Customer service will be available only within 48 hours, so we booked the reservation any way, hoping it will be taken care of when charging

Contrate el FULL COVERAGE, para una reserva de vehículo en el aeropuerto de Bariloche, y desde el 17 octubre que presente la documentación para el reembolso de los daños ocasionados en un aparcamiento al vehículo, pagados a la empresa de alquiler, sigo sin recibir dicho reembolso, ni tener información de como está el proceso. Con fecha 28.11, despues de varias reclamaciones, y Fullcoverage, me solicito nuevamente los extractos de la cuenta y de la tarjeta de crédito donde se reflejaran los pagos de la reserva y de la franquicia, que fueron nuevamente remitidos en esa fecha, sin tener ninguna otra noticia del reembolso.

I have been using economy bookings for years not realizing that they don't actually refund you if you cancel because it just says free cancellation which usually means refundable to the customer. I just had my first cancellation and the company keeps your money. You can have it if you book through economy bookings again, which they don't tell you that up front. If you're booking a cheaper deal for a major rental company you're going to be okay. If you are booking one of the cheapest deals even though economy bookings say that those companies are on site at the airport they are not and you will spend time trying to get to said car rental place. On top of that some of those cheaper deals have very predatory practices such as requiring you to have their insurance even though you have economy bookings insurance, and if you don't they hold thousands of dollars of your money. Economy bookings response to this was to continue to list the service.
