“I had a reservation. I realised that I only had 1 hour to pick the car - I think it is very little time . Since there may be flights delays I got worried and I asked by email if they could move my pick up time 1.5 hour later. They told me I had to cancel my booking and book again (modifying my reservation would have been much easier). That I would get an electronic refund that I could apply to my new booking. I went through all of the procedure. In the original reservation they had only charged me a part of the total amount (the rest to be paid at pick up). In the new reservation they required me to pay the full cost. Supposedly minus the 69 euros they had charged in the original reserve. Leading to a total of 105 euros. I attach a screenshot. However, the confirmation from my bank asked for the total amount of 175. I have accepted it. It is late at night and I have lost 1 hour in all of this bureaucracy. Let's see what happens tomorrow else I will have to complain with my bank.”
