“Ordered decking handrail and spindles, (seemed a good price) delivery was fine but as I was not at home could not check goods. On checking, the handrails were either excessively knotty which were breaking away, split and bowed and 3 of the spindles were distorted/split. had to send photos of everything via the website and eventually got them to exchange. These were delivered OK and the driver ANDY was helpful and courteous and allowed me time to check the goods which were better than the first lot but not great quality. Not sure I would use again.”

“Prompt and effective delivery. Some boards extremely poor quality, with large holes in the centre of the board, leading to them being unsuitable for use. However, the boards which were okay, suited my needs adequately.”

The deck boards were generally ok but out of the 10 bought, two were split. I managed to work around the weak areas but all the same, if I needed to use all the wood I was laying down two defects which would have posed issues before envisaged.
Overall I was happy with the product.”

“Fast delivery. One length short to finish the job. Poor quality wood sent. Splintered when I applied wood protector. Wood was very damp when delivered so make sure you dry it out before use otherwise you end up with huge gasps. Lots of knots which fell out leaving big holes.”

I have had 2 orders recentlythe first, was late, excuses of bank holidays so caused delays, but the transport when arrived tells us they worked oer the BH, so some where it seems it's just a blame game instead of excepting they failed. Gave me a discount code for next order, which turned out to be less than £2 on a £340+ order, takes the pee some what. The second order came on the next working day so shows they can do. The world relys on communication, and I think this company could do with a massie load of it.”
“The decking was good value overall and the delivery was very quick. The only reason I wouldn't rate it higher is that a fair number of the slats had holes in and a few had cracks. If I needed decking in the future I'd probably go for a better quality, but in general would recommend Edecks.”
“Good quality hardwood delivered on time, althought the wood was quite stained in several places. Fortunately I am only using the wood for lawn edging so the staining is not an issue for me, but if I was using it for decking I would be dissapointed.”
“I ordered 4 6x6 heavy duty Vertilap panels, 3 6x5 ordinary panels plus 1 made to measure Vertilap panel. Overall the quality was excellent on the 7 standard size panels but unfortunately the wrong nails had been used in assembling the made to measure panel and several protruded slightly out of the rear of the panel cross members - most had been bent over but not all - a few still protruded. This was a shame because the panels are well built and in my view are of better quality than those available in DIY centres. Delivery was quick and professional and staff helpful.”
“The decking tiles arrived very quickly after ordering them so was very impressed with that! However, some of the panels on the tiles came loose when we were laying them down, and I notice that a couple are slightly shorter than they should be. Unfortunately I also got sent the wrong connectors ie round ones instead of edge ones, but they're so cheap I couldn't be bothered to make a fuss!”
“The ordering and delivery process was easy and well executed. The product (smooth yellow belau deck planks) however were not up to the standard I expect as a tradesman, with alot of woodworm damage and staining from weathering that added time to my job as I had to run a sander over the surface before oiling. Edecks got me out of a bind when the lead time from my regular supplier was unusually long, but the product wasn't up to standard and certainly didn't reflect the rather high cost. I will use again, but only in a pinch.”
“Delivery was fast but only one person arrived when 2 people were needed to lift the panels. Fortunately the driver asked another delivery driver to help him as my husband was not able. I asked for the panels in green, which was also on the delivery note, but received brown. The quality of the product itself was very good.”
“Good sale team..BUT... Bought composite decking tiles. Delivery was supposed to be preceded by a phone call but no call was received and the items were left outside the front door with no note through the letter box: they could have been stolen by any passer-by. One of the tiles had the plastic clips broken on one side. There were no instructions and no mention about pressing a button to turn on the solar powered led lights, so I laid them down only to have to take them up again later when the lights didn't come on at dusk.”
