I purchased a 20" concrete saw blade. It is working fine but it was supposed to be delivered within 2 to 4 days. It required 7 days almost to the hour to be delivered. So the project was on hold for a full week. I will not purchase anything from you that I need in a hurry again but the price was good and as far as I can tell so far the quality is good so I may order again for an item I can wait for.

Hi William, Sorry about the late delivery. We did try to ship the blade the day you bought it, but UPS unfortunately failed to deliver on time. In the future if you have a deadline you want to meet we are more than happy to work with you on expedited shipping. Again, apologize for the delay on the project. Vince

The 2" core drill did the job, with considerable difficulty. The "body" (the red tube) had a great tendency to rub against the cored hole, as the core drill & drill gun were difficult to hold in exactly the perpendicular plains. This produced considerable chatter, making cutting progress more difficult, and greatly increasing the operator workload. Solution-reduce the "tube" diameter slightly (.062?), thus reducing the tendency for the tube to drag in the cored bore. EDiamond Tools did an excellent job with customer service with helpful, knowledgeable staff and very timely shipping. Ya done good! :)

The bit is OK but, have not found an adapter so it can be used on hammer drill. Any suggestions?

I purchased a TBS0112A3 ceramic hole cutter on 11/19/2020 , had to cut one hole in my shower wall . I made sure as I was cutting that it stayed wet and I went slow ,it did a good job but after words the hole cutter seemed like all of the diamond edging was gone from the cutting bit . I don't think that I will be able to use it for another hole cutting job . Thank You Denny Hundsrucker

The grit I chose for my project was too coarse; I will be ordering a 1500 grit which I believe will give the results I expect! I will offer my thoughts then.

Drill worked fine. Delivery was over a week late, you all should consider a different shipper.

Core bit worked fine initially, however after using it on about (10) 7/8”Holes in paver brick the 7/8” OD (actually .835) pipe became very tight as though the bit diameter was getting smaller as more holes were drilled. Eventually a reaming technique needed to be used to keep the hole large enough so pipe could slide through. Water from a GH running over the drilling area was used the entire time during the drilling process

The floor grinder I received malfunctioned within the 1st 30 min causing some of the parts to become damaged. The company did eventually get the right parts to me quickly. The replacement parts worked great. 2nd use was way better. I liked how well it worked as compared to more expensive models I have rented in the past..

Adaptor fit my core bit. Have not had a hole to drill yet to try it out. More than I wanted to pay for an import.

The bit for cutting the hole was very good. The 3/8 pilot bit moved around too much.

They cut fairly well, but not as fast as the Husqvarna bit we started with.
