“Great Tools at a great price!!
A possible discount on my next purchase of another core would be nice though. Considering this would be my 3rd one in 2 yrs. Just sayin!👍”
“The customer service for EDiamond Tools is outstanding. Not only did Brendan help me with purchasing my needed product but also helped me with project advice. This level of assistance from this company is refreshing and rare and very much appreciated. He even sent me a link to a helpful video. He gave me a lot of time with the utmost of patience. You can tell he cares about what he sells and for the people who buy from him. But even more impressive is that it wasn’t a guaranteed sale so he cares about people in general not just customers. This goes a long way in feeling good to be purchasing from him now and in the future. I bought something from him in the past which he was unaware of until the end of the phone call and that was a positive experience as well. Same great and consistent assistance and the product arrived quickly and in perfect condition.”
“This review is for a 2.5” standard wet core bit (14" drilling depth) and the SDS plus to 1-1/4 arbor adapter. I used a Bosch 11224VSR. Drilled 12” of hard concrete with super hard quartzite aggregate in about 45 minutes to 1 hr taking my time and breaks. It worked, saved $250+ for my efforts. The bit and adapter were not perfectly true, but the hole is pretty clean. Used a wood guide to help with placement, starting, and holding my water line. Use a drill with a clutch! Needed some channel locks to free up a few jambs.”
“I ordered a 5 in. High Performance wet core bit, water swivel and drive adapter. The quality of all the components was excellent. There were no issues with the water swivel which was very well made with a quick connect and gasketed hose connection. I drilled two holes through an 8 in. thick cast concrete foundation wall. Time was about 1 hr. for each hole. Drilling progress was steady until hitting rebar then very slow. Not sure how much rebar I went through but clearly I hit some. I used a Dewalt 10 Amp geared drill on the first hole and burned it up completly about 70% of the way through. I then got a 13 Amp 90 degree drill from HF and it did not even get hot so that is the way to go IMO. The bit is fine and ready to cut more holes if needed.”
“The tool was lost in shipment and Brendan remedied that by sending me a new tool via a different carrier! Very thankful for their customer service.

“4.5 inch offset/ flush cut diamond cutting disk for angle grinder is amazing. Low cost, it cut 50 l/f of porcelain tile and still looks new. It is a must have for anyone that needs to cut concrete or tile. No chips on tile cuts very smooth cut. It will grind concrete flat for door installs when used as flush cutting on its side.”
“The quality of the tools was very good. I required an additional adapter to make the connection to my chuck. I needed to make a 1.75" hole in cement pedestal cap about 3" thick, for an umbrella to go through. This isn't my expertise, but it's a hole. I had a little chipping. I'll chalk that up to my crappy 3/8" drill. About a $100 to drill two holes.”
“The 1 1-2" concrete core bit on my angle grinder performed much better than expected. Cored the hole through 2 1/2" think concrete counter like a hot knife through butter. Very pleased!!!”
“I was hoping to buy the EDiamond wide-kerf segmented asphalt blade locally; no such luck.
I contacted EDiamond directly; the California offices had not yet opened for the day.
Shortly thereafter, a conscientious representative returned the call and answered all my questions.
The EDiamond representative shipped the blade on a Friday; it arrived on Monday.
The EDiamond blade has faithfully performed beyond all possible expectations; durability and ease of use continue to impress. The blade has thus far delivered at least 100 linear feet of heavy chasing, with multiple passes to further widen each cut. I am confident that the EDiamond segmented asphalt blade will continue to provide additional hundreds of feet.”
