“We stayed in this apartment for one week, just before Fringe Festival started, and it was just fabulous. A perfect location just off Royal Mile, nice view over the Princess Street Gardens. Facilities were sufficient for our stay (there even was a washing machine in a separate (shared) laundry room, which was not advertised) and our host has always been very helpful with all our enquiries. The bar downstairs tends to get loud on Sundays, but that didn't bother us too much (after all we are on vacation) We'll gladly come back next year for another visit to the best city in the world!”
“We had a wonderful stay at this 2BR apartment. It was conveniently located, just a stone's throw from Waverly Station, and minutes from the Royal Mile. The apt was well kept and clean, with a large living/dining room, kitchenette, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Home away from home feel. Located next to a pub which can be a plus point (for food and drinks) although it can be a tad noisy if you are a light and early sleeper. Not an issue for us though.”
“We were highly pleased with this flat, which is in very good condition. It has everything what we needed - i.a. great kitchen equipment - and a very welcoming living room where we enjoyed to have a cup of tea after visiting the city. It is not only very close to visitor´s attractions, but also to shops, restauarants and bars. We enjoyed our week there very much and we will rent this flat again in future!”

“It only cost us about $1 to travel into the city centre, however there were not many nice food outlets near and we felt we needed to eat in the city centre. But we overall very happy with our stay and would definitely stay there again”
“The apartment was amazing a million times better than we expected the photos didn't do it justice! The service was great for arrivial collecting keys etc the beds were comfy there was 6 of s but t never felt crowded at anytime! The features of the apartment were original and beautiful! We had tea bags milk and biscuits on arrival there's a little texvo just up the road and you are a ten min walk from centre of Edinburgh! Overall rating 10/1@ I would definitely come again!”
“The flat is a spacious, modern flat within walking distance of all the main tourist attractions and the fabulous city centre. It has all mod cons and a very luxurious feel. The bed is enormous and furnishings are of an extremely high quality. You certainly won't be disappointed with your stay.”
“We had a great stay here over Christmas while visiting our son who is on fellowship at the Univ. The flat was spacious, top quality, very comfortable and worked well for our family! Its location is wonderful, although the noise from the street in the wee hours is a minor detractor. (people leaving bars and the trash collection) We would have liked to have laundry detergent provided. The only major problem we had was the outside key to the building door was VERY difficult to operate. A few times we spent several mins. trying to get in. All in all, we would stay here again!”

“This flat is in a wonderful location just below the castle and central to the city. Edinburgh Castle, the Royal Mile, and other city centre attractions are nearby and the Grassmarket is just outside of the door. Don't miss the Farmers Market on Saturday's on Castle Terrace around the corner.
The flat is beautiful. It was in perfect condition, very clean, and exceptionally comfortable. We never came across the need for something that wasn't there. Lynne made us feel very welcome. We really enjoyed our stay and can't wait to return!”

Also close enough to the centre to be very handy yet VERY quiet for a place so near to the middle of a major city - perfect if you like a good night's sleep too! “This apartment is convenient, very welcoming. Angie was a great hostess, our flight was delay and she was very helpful in rearranging the key drop off. The apartment is a 5 minute walk to a taxi stand, and to bus stations. The bus ride takes about 10 minutes (or less) to the center of town by Princess street and train station where you can take the train to outskirts of Scotland all the way to London. The place is big we were three adults and we had no issues. The kitchen is very well equipped and there is a TV with DVD player in case you are traveling with kids. The street is very quiet and safe I fell in love with Edinburgh and I think this apartment had a lot to do with that. If we ever go back we will love to stay in the same place.”
