“We liked the flat it was walking distance from sightseeing opportunities, shops, restaurants, bus and train services. The flat was modern, comfortable and well equipped, We realy enjoyed our stay.”
“Young people everywhere - just great! Coffee shop downstairs, Sainsburys on our doorstep and the National Museum of Scotland only a stone's throw away. Flat is clean and has everything you need. Our kids loved it.”
“The flat was very very in the area of Holyrood which is central but it was nice and quiet could not hear traffic or other city noises. Very pleased with accomidation and i would reccomend it to others.”
“Five kids, 10 months to seven years, plus five adults to house in Edinburgh for eight days to enable us to attend our son’s wedding. Plus entertaining friends at the house either side of the wedding day. Good cooking facilities enabled us to provide meals for our guests. We could not have found a better place. Ron the landlord very help full even volunteered to pick up my daughter and two grandsons up from Waverly station to help out with our logistics. If it is a tossup of where to stay in Edinburgh you won’t go far wrong with this one.

“May be it could be good to change the internet speed it is very very low.
Apart from this small detail the flat is very good: clean, comfortable and situated in a quiet place of the city very close to the center by bus.
Thank you Gill for your help in all we need.”
“The apartment met all our needs. Even with a Scottish summer the 2nd bedroom was a bit stuffy as the only window was also the door to garden which you would not be comfortable leaving open overnight. The available free parking for the apartments was very welcome. Would certainly use again but request a fan in the 2nd bedroom.”
“Situated in a lovely, wide, tree-lined street, this flat is ideal for exploring central Edinburgh by foot or bus. Edinburgh is such a beautiful city! The flat is comfortable and the welcome arrangements make you feel good!”
“Very spacious, well-equiped flat. Everything was nice. The only thing I could advice is to replace the mastic sealing compound all around the bath beacause he's very dirty. Thanks for everything and see you next time ! I keep your adress”
“+ Cosy and silent flat near city centre and restaurant, shops and buses. You will find everything you need for breakfast and dinner in the open kitchen.
- The floor carpet was very floppy, maybe flooding or something. And the floor was not clean.

“Accommodation was good & well located to see super Edinburgh sites however extremely noisy on all 3 nights of our stay. Owner, Sean, was very helpful & arranging our stay was easy to do. Many thanks for use of flat.”
“We had a very enjoyable week. The flat was comfortable and unfussy. Very handy for city centre although Stockbridge is a very interesting area with galleries and small shops so spent a lot of time there.”
“Pleasant representative to meet us and the view from the sitting /dining room is amazing. The location was perfect for staying in the city.Although the flat was clean we felt it needed updating especially the bathroom and bedroom. Couldn't get the shower to work and we had water coming through the bedroom ceiling after torrential rain on our first day.Can appreciate that the upkeep on such an old building is difficult but the smell of damp in the entrance hall and the above comments would make us hesitate in recommending this particular flat to our friends.”
“extra tv in main bedroom would have been good. didnt think there should have been extra charge for sofa bed as the flat was advertised as sleeping 7. otherwise very good”
