We had a great stay in this apartment just over the Dean bridge, 10 mins walk from the West End of Princess St. The house is large and great for a couple and 2 friends. Teresa was very welcoming, explained everything well adn let us enjoy the weekend. The living room is excellent as is the Gas aga in the kitchen. All together a great stay and one I would reccommend

My family and I recently stayed at the West End flat and found that the amenities at the flat met our needs for our 6 night stay. We had all the kitchen equipment needed to prepare the occasional meal however there were many good restaurants and take away places nearby if you prefer not to cook. Internet access is provided using an ethernet therefore you will be pretty much limited to use the service in the lounge area. The apartment was very comfortable for our family of five with the three bedrooms and one shower room and one bathroom. The flat was a short 10 minute walk from Haymarket rail station so if you are arriving by rail Haymarket is your best option. The Cooperative grocery store has all the food and snacks you could possibly want or crave for your trip. Boots is close by for your toiletry needs. Due to the Tram works many buses have be rerouted to Melville street which is steps away from the flat and very convenient. Rose Street and Princes Street are within a few minutes walk. Great location for your next Edinburgh visit.

19 Dean Path is a comfortable flat, located in a convenient neighborhood. Easy access to the bus lines, walking dist. to Haymarket station. The flat is nicely equipped. Two couples stayed for a week, worked well for us.

The apartment was we wanted and moore. Evrything was clean, tidy, modern and very well decorated. The landlord had put a lot of effort in both decorating, furniture and all kinds of details to make us feel comfortable. Apart from moore expectable things like iron and ironboard, general information etc. there were also small detail like a seewingkit, a pint of fresh milk and the selection of bodyloation that really made us feel welcome. The location was good with the city center just minutes away. Also the area was nice with small shops, cafe“s, restaurants and monglers. The landlord was very welcoming and kind with a problemsolving attitude.

Hi Jane, Just to say thank you for letting us stay in the flat last weekend. We found it very comfortable, well equipped and good walking distance to the city centre. Thanks for filling up the fridge with lovely Scottish Salmon and wine! We had a fabulous weekend and the weather was surprisingly stunning. Best wishes, Anna

We were 4 friends staying one week in Edinburgh and this flat was great. It is central, well equiped, clean and the owners were very welcoming. It is a very central flat, so you have everything you need in a 5-10 minutes walk : shops, royal mile, calton hill, princes street, train station, Edinburgh castle... It was a great trip and we totally recommend this flat for future travellers!!

A clean wonderfully equipt flat. Fantastic views over the park and the binoculars were a great extra. It was rather a trek to catch the bus especially pushing a wheelchair as it is uphill. The bus route was great though once you got there. The only difficulty was it is advertised as a ground floor flat but be aware that the front of the flat has five steps to access it. a great holiday would book it again.

The flat is in a pleasant location overlooking the Water of Leith with swans and ducks swimming past the window - very relaxing! Buses and restaurants are nearby, just a short walk away. The kitchen is small but well fitted and the rooms are comfortably furnished. Thank you for a very pleasant stay.

This apartment was excellent. It had everything you could need, for a self catering stay. We arrived late and were very pleased, to be shown the welcome pack including breakfast. Although on the top floor, the view over roof tops, made up for it. Plus, the walk to Park Street over Dean Bridge from Stockbridge, is very level. There are plenty of shops near by for supplies and some nice local restaurants.

Were in Edinburgh for the weekend to get my wedding dress and had appointments at various bridal boutiques across the city. The location of the flat provided an ideal central base for us to come back too. Great view onto the Grassmarket & you can even spy a wee corner of the castle from the lounge window. Internally cannot fault the aesthetics of the flat, beautifully decorated, just so happens to be exactly my taste. Milk and shortbread are waiting and there's plenty tea & coffee, sugar too. Only negative aspect was the noise at night, but to be honest you shouldn't be staying at tht Grassmarket or any other central location if u want peace and quiet. I really enjoyed watching & listening to all the merry people outside, my mum, not so much! Anyhoo, will definitely be back to this little gem, loved it so much I wish it was my flat! And I got my wedding dress too, which topped off an already awesome weekend. Ps I highly recommend Armstrong & Sons for vintage lovers... I am a vintage junkie and was delighted I could see Armstrongs out the living room window!

A very comfortable and homely feel to the flat. The owners seem to have thought about everything a guest will need to feel comfortable and at home away from home. I would definitely return and also recommend to friends visiting Edinburgh.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful apartment. Thistle street itself is full of lovely little bistro's and restaurants and yet it is quiet. The apartment is decorated in good taste and we enjoyed all the extra little touches. The apartment owner was so friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome. A home away from home. We will be booking in again! 10/10
