“The item I ordered was on the website however nobody stocks anything these days so the order was then placed with the manufacturing Germany After a while I rang to find out what was going on, I had already tried to order through another company only to be told that it was a discontinued line, sure enough it was a same story. Fortunately there was a reasonably similar replacement that will just about do. So I agreed to order this instead. Unfortunately, they then forgot to order it so the process took about a month. Just in time anyone? Why are lighting companies particularly rubbish?”

“I wanted to change the bulbs in all the different light fittings in my house and home office to minimum energy, ecologically responsible ones. Giles patiently explained the different options available, including special offers they had on the price of some bulbs. I put in an order. It was delivered post free within 3 days. Great advice, efficient and courteous service, excellent value for money. Highly recommended.”

“They were very slow in fulfilling my order. I had to chase it so many times, and I got different messages/excuses for the delay depending on who I spoke to. Eventually I spoke to someone who seemed to know what was going on (there was a query over the brightness of the bulb being supplied apparently). I was promised two bulbs - one bright, one warm, to compensate for being messed about, but in the end only one bulb was delivered. I have no idea if it is the one i asked for as the fitting isn't wired up yet. Disappointing.”

“I still haven't received my order, it's been more than a month already and I paid for quick delivery! Customer service is horrible, no one ever contacted me, I had to call several times and found out that the items were discontinued . After reordering I found out again in a company weeks that the new items are also not available! I was promised a refund for quick delivery, but haven't received it as well as the order itself!”
