“Could not have been more helpful in identifying an alternative when our preferred choice was no longer available and our order arrived in Scotland within three days of purchase which was amazing. Only disappointment was we did not receive our LED bulbs as discussed at the time of order. In all other respects great service.”

“I enjoyed visiting the store The staff were very polite and extremely helpful in guiding me towards the light I wanted for our new kitchen He then advised my wife on what he thought would look the best for LED bulbs. I can confirm he was correct !!!”

“The light fittings arrived promptly - the only thing not quite satisfactory was that the two five candle main light fittings were not identical - one was larger than the other, and they are in the same large lounge. The wall lights were the same as each other, which was fortunate as they are only feet apart on the wall.”

“Ordered floor light on-line but was then told it was out of stock. Was informed when it would be available and offered a free spot light to compensate for the delay. Light arrived on time and we are very happy with it.”

“Lovely people to deal with, unfortunately my order was short, this was rectified in part, I am still 2 x clips for strip light T5 missing !! I ordered 2 x 4 clips, they sent just 2 clips, then sent 1 x 4 clips... But they sent the goods the next day.”

“goods delivered promptly nice quality products at good prices BUT: No screws for one of the lights, and these were difficult to match as they were an odd size - 3mm x 40mm. I had paid extra for rapid delivery in order to finish the job, but wasted the best part of an afternon finding replacement screws”

“When 3 of the 4 led tubes arrived broken they immediately investigated The problem was with the manufacturer not the seller We received replacement tubes within days. I would certainly buy from them again.”
