Only scored 3 stars, this is due to no communication at all until 10/11 days after ordering I emailed twice the second one threatening to open a PayPal dispute. Suddenly the next day received an email saying it will be delivered the next day. No problems with the items work perfectly. Will not use again.

Product itself was the real thing, arrived undamaged, but took too long to arrive, 10 days or more ?, why so long

Super fast and efficient service for T4 tubes. However, when I fitted the tubes, one of my T4 light fittings has stopped working. I tried to order a fitting with you but you don’t sell them any longer.

The service was prompt. However, the item I asked for, a mains connector, it turned out, did not fit with products in the same manufacturer's range, with which it was supposedly designed to connect. The manufacturer, later told me that the connector was no longer in production, which implied that it was no longer compatible with its current products Efficient promptly refunded the product price, but refused to reimburse the (high) postage costs despite the item still being advertised, but obsolete.

portfolio of products and price. although i then had a call offering an alternative product as you didn't have one of the bulbs i ordered. i am however slightly disappointed that having spent a long time trying to find white (ice/snow) NOT warm white spotlights, upon installation they are all warm white / yellow. this is misleading as on the website you offer Warm White and White. So assuming White isn't Warm White, i ordered white. However it seems they are still warm white. So a bit frustrated to be honest.

After placing the order no confirmation,so rang after 6 days, I was told no paper works can be found,she will ring. no phone so I rang again, kind man soared me that it will be there next day. it was thanks to this man sorry I forgot his name, for lights I give 5 star. I saw on your web site that you have only started. so improve on your customer relation, don't worry I will be using you for my lighting needs.

Initial help and advice online was very good. As a result we ordered a light. Delivery of the item did take longer than we were told due to it being out of stock. I had to chase up the order however I was dealt with satisfactorily and did receive the goods eventually.

Spoke to company re compatible under cupboard lighting unit to replace existing unit which was now discontinued. New unit purchased upon recommendation but unable to connect to existing cabling. Only option now available is to hire electrician to connect item.

The bulbs that worked were good but one strip light we ordered was received broken. We did not send it back as we thought it would cost more to return. Jacqueline Pitcher pitcher839@btinternet.com good service overall

Hi - sorry to hear something arrived broken... Had you asked we would have sent you an FOC replacement or if it was a valuable item we would have provided a FOC returns label to send it back for repair or replacement so I'm sorry that discussion didn't happen. We do end up apologising on behalf of Royal Mail a fair bit, they do break items in the post especially fragile glass tubes, I'm sorry in this case we and Royal Mail didn't manage to leave you as a 100% satisfied customer...
