“I booked a bouquet to be delivered on Friday 4th November for my sisters birthday. I received a message from you after 4pm to state that you were unable to honour the booking and it would be delivered the following day. This is really poor form as I paid extra for same day delivery. You shouldn’t advertise same day if you can’t commit, and charging a premium for this service strikes me as false advertising????”

“My flowers were a gift from me to a family member who said she is very happy with them. Unfortunately she is not a techy so I have not received photo, I have to wait for a hard copy 🤭”

“I have bought flowers from EFlorist twice to be delivered to friends and was not disappointed. I haven’t seen the flowers personally, only in a photo, as the recipients loved miles away from me. I have been told that they were beautiful and lasted quite a while. Will definitely use EFlorist again.”

“I ordered "Moonlight" flowers for my recently-bereaved cousin just to say I was thinking of her. Your website is so easy to use, such a great choice of flowers and arrangements at very good prices. The flowers arrived the next day, as requested, in good condition, well packaged and I was kept up-to-date with tracking. She was delighted with the flowers (and the free chocolates). Thank you for a very good shopping experience.”

“My cousin said the flowers were beautiful the box of chocolates turned out to be three little chocolates in a tiny box not quite what we expected when it said a box of chocolates for the price it would have been nice to have a proper box. Other than that she liked them and we paid a fair price. I do hope my cousin wasn't just being polite about the flowers and that they were as nice as she said they were.”

“When I ordered, the bouquet look nice, when I received the items, the teddy bear looked lile it seen better days, the box was damaged and the driver said that was how she got the package. The bouquet itself did not seem like he picture on the site. The cost of it all for what it was given seemed off the mark. I am not a floristry so I have no idea if it was supposed to be like how I received.”

“Ordered for my mum and dad's anniversary so excepted them to arrive in the day, they arrived very late evening which was disappointing. The flowers were lovely but the delivery time was a lot down probably won't use again.”
