“Prompt delivery but tiny bunch of flowers for the price..I was embarrased...£37 for a what amounted to £5 bunch from a supermarket..”

“Wow, what a first time experience. Found Eflorist where the selection was great. Reviews were good decision was made easy. The flowers, the chocolate, the card and the teddy bear was a dream come true for my friend who was feeling under the weather at the time. I ordered in the morning everything was delivered literally a few hours later. Same day delivery as guaranteed and promised which was an amazing surprise and when the door opened and the beautiful order was presented my friend was over the moon, this moment was precious. I would highly recommend recommend to anyone who wants an efficient, thoroughly professional, great selection on offer and most importantly deliver as they say they will. Many thanks for being part of a beautiful day. Keep up the fantastic work!”

“Some flowers were damaged and the size was small and I paid for large size the pictures online do not replicate what what you receive !!! Disappointed to say the least”

“first time to use this company, flowers arrived as stated. The only problem was, it said the flowers would arrive in bud form, but when opened the box, half the flowers were fully open and looked like they only had a couple of days life in them.”

“Worst delivery service and very poor customer service. A next day delivery which i paid for did not get delivered until after 2 days which missed the birthday of the recipient. When i contacted Eflorist they did not have the curtesy to apologise but but rather sent a message that they can't comment on their poor delivery service due to data protection. I am the sender so i wonder whose data they were trying to protect by explaining the delay in delivering the flowers. Worse customer service ever experienced. I will never recommend to anyone.”

“Easy to order, reasonably priced, always delivered p.m. (a.m. option with an order placed a week in advance, would be good), recipients always happy, though having never seen what’s delivered it’s difficult to judge! Will keep ordering! 👍”
