It’s a shame that you have to leave at least 1 star because I’d love to leave 0!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Ordered flowers for my wife’s birthday and selected a date (4 days in advance) Waited for the email or text to give me a time slot (still yet to get) but 2 days after they were needed! My flowers were delivered the day after needed, chucked at the back door of my house on their side, in the heavy rain!! No notification of delivery or even an attempt to knock on the door!! AVOID THIS COMPANY

So impressed by the quality and detail that went into this arrangement . My sister in law regularly gets flowers for m n but I hadn’t used eFloriaf before and in her words …… this is going to sound weird but we have just walked home in the pissing rain and found these in the garden and am assuming they are from you?? They are just sooooo beautiful💗💗…. Obvs if they aren’t fro you then u can get to enjoy a pic of really lovely flowers😍….they are the most beautiful flowers I think I’ve ever got!!💕💕xxx” So I won’t be going anywhere else for flowers now address hearing that as we are both very particular about condition.

The flowers were delivered to the wrong flat number,the flowers (whilst beautiful) weren’t representative of the photo, and no free chocolates. The recipient loved the flowers….I’m disappointed

I used EFlorist for the first time recently to send an orchid from New Zealand for a bereavement and milestone birthday. While the recipient in the UK was happy with what they received we were very disappointed that instead of the double stemmed orchid shown in the photo on the website she received a smaller plant with a single stem. Eflorist’s response is that “we do not specify on the website that there will be two stems we only guarantee the colour and the orchids may vary from the picture shown.” However given the photos for both white and pink shows 2 stems it was a reasonable assumption and expectation. If the intention is to provide 1 stem then that should be reflected either in the photo or description otherwise this is misleading and misrepresentative. I was hoping to use this service on a regular basis for family and friends in GB but I am unlikely to do so now if I can't trust that the received product will match the photo and particularly in light of EFlorist’s unhelpful response.

The flowers were delivered on time and respectfully, but as the recipient was not me I am unable to give a true rating, but the recipient said they were beautiful

It wasn’t all bad. Used before and fantastic. This time order lost. Hadn’t received a tracking email didn’t think anything of it. But then after a week of no messages from recipient or delivery confirmation contacted customer services. Very easy to contact. Very efficient am receiving full refund. Just a bit disappointed as for friends birthday.

I have used EFlorist several times and received appreciative thanks from friends and relatives. Unlike some of the reviews, I have nothing but praise for EFlorist and shall continue to order from it.

Confused by lack of email order confirmation- so ended up ordering twice and then when I realised unable to speak to someone to cancel. Also failed to deliver the free chocolates- on both orders ☹️ The two lots of flowers were appreciated by the recipient

I am in touch with someone called Kirsty. The delivery was a complete failure as the person for whom the flowers were intended was not notified of the delivery until I phoned on the Monday to see if she received them ok. By which time they were dead. I am trying to get a refund but there seems to be a reluctance to sort this disappointing experience out. Fay peters

Lack of delivery planning My order was for delivery on a birthday and as at 5.45pm no flowers have been received. TOTALLY USELESS COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME Would not consider this company again when ordering flowers
