“These were a gift and the receiver was very pleased with them. Sent me a picture, did expect more lilies and I did expect more stems overall. Also it did say free delivery however at the point of checking out I was charged £5.99 which I felt was a bit annoying. Overall yes I would use again, but just a couple of things could of been better.”

“I can't really comment on the flowers themselves as I purchased them as a gift for a friend but she appears happy with them. The free chocolates were an added bonus. I received communication throughout so I knew when they were due to be delivered and confirmation that they were delivered at the scheduled time. Great service all round 👍🏻”

“Awful. Ordered same day delivery, then was messaged in the afternoon to say it will not be same day delivery. When i initially responded saying i was not happy, the order was cancelled and refunded, not even rescheduled for the following day”

“Ordered some letterbox flowers for Mum's birthday. Delivery was arranged for Friday 4th November via Amazon. Received an email from Amazon Shipping on the 4th stating it was running late and would be delivered on Saturday 5th. Then the delivery was made on the 4th at 6.20pm. However, the box was not posted through the letterbox and was discovered at 8.30pm on my Mum's return from an evening out. The box was damaged and torn. Luckily the flowers survived but reluctant to use eFlorist again.”

“Order placed to celebrate the arrival of a new Baby. Ordered a Teddy Bear as an add on to the order. The Teddy did not arrive, but I was told that extra flowers had been added to the bouquet to the value of the Teddy Bear. This was defiantly not the case! No refund was offered for the missing item.”
