Beautiful flowers! The site is so easy to use and when the flowers arrived, they were even nicer than in the photo. Very good value for money, my daughter had to get a second vase to display all of the flowers. Delivery was on time and all in all this was a great experience, I will be back.

Item I purchased were not included in the delivery, I have contacted customer service almost a week ago and still haven’t heard anything back !!!

Came home from Spain Friday expected to see a great display of flowers and what l saw were half dead flowers l will not be ordering any more . Disappointed to say the least only delivered on Wednesday.

Same day delivery service which is handy for those occasions that suddenly happen without warning. Recipient very happy with the quality of the bouquet. Website easy to use.

Great selection. Next day delivery is available which is great for those last minute purchases. Free chocolates is a lovely little added bonus. Thoroughly recommend.

The flowers were sent to my daughter and she was thrilled with them. She sent me a photo and they looked beautiful!

Pretty happy about whole package.Special order as my sister in law was stuck in Greece for her birthday.Very I'll.Home safely now so wanted her to have a special surprise. She sent me photos of flowers and chocs.Beautiful. Thankyou.xx

I wanted to send my daughter (who lives some 100 + miles away from me) some flowers on her birthday. Unfortunately I left it until the last minute so I took an option which gave a delivery on the same day and paid the extra charge for this. A bit uncertain if this would happen but receiving reassuring emails I was pleased to hear that the flowers were sat on her doorstep when she arrived home from work. She was delighted by the bouquet and said that they were “lovely”. Given this experience I would certainly use eFlorist again.

I paid over £50 to have the flowers delivered next day, they didn’t get delivered until 2 days later, when I kept contacting them they said they were in transit and that the flowers were actually ordered to be delivered on the 9th November. Considering my father died on the 8th, I think I know when I ordered them for!!! It is another online cowboy run outfit, I wish I’d have checked trustpilot before ordering. Avoid at all costs, they say on the website …… 2. Can I track my delivery? On the morning of your delivery date, you will receive an email from the courier with your tracking information. This will usually arrive by 11am but may be later. If you have not received this, please check your spam folder. You never receive any tracking info, any emails, no order numbers etc Use interflora, I wish I had

Ordered flowers, then got a message to say they weren’t in stock and offered another not as nice. Had to cancel and order elsewhere which delayed flowers being received by a further day.

Nothing was wrong in terms of the delivery and the recipient loved the flowers, but when she sent me a photo of the bouquet, I was very disappointed. It looked like a £5 bunch from Tesco not like the website photo at all.

Sent these flowers to a friend recovering from a knee replacement operation….to let her know I was thinking of her and to cheer her up! The chocolates were a bonus. I congratulate the courier as her address is not easy to find even with the post code. Well done to all concerned. Thank you.
