These flowers were a gift and as I had not ordered flowers by post before I didn't know what to expect. Both my daughter and I were very happy. They arrived in the time slot and were beautiful

Honestly? Never again. I order online/letterbox flowers for various gifts and understand tight buds are sent for longevity etc. However, the first order I made with this company was shocking. I think my order was put together at the end of the day with stems swept up off the floor. I had to apologise to my Mother for these looking so pathetic! Really disappointed as after a few days they still look shocking and sparse! £17.98 wasted!

Courier did not ring doorbell, probably because box was damaged,just left it by front door and walked off. Two rose stems broken. Not happy with these flowers,but we're bought for my wife's birthday gave her the flowers,she was understanding. Will not buy from these people again.

I ordered flowers for my 14-year-old Neice. It was important that she received them on Wednesday. She actually received them on Friday. The flowers were delivered to her school on Wednesday (the intended day), but the timing was off. The flowers were delivered at 15.16pm 4 mins before the school closing time. This caused a delay in my niece receiving the flowers. Causing this uncle of hers feeling disappointed. This could have been avoided if priority was put in place for flowers being delivered to a school. It's left me feeling really bad as an uncle whose niece's happiness means everything to him.

Paid extra for a large flowers and when received I could only count 6 roses, I wouldn't like to see their small. No reply to messages when contacting them, when I finally did they couldn't find my order.

The first delivery was not fresh at all, the box looked like it had been kicked around in the delivery van. Once I had emailed about this they advised they could re-send them back out. I'm happy to say they have been delivered at a reasonable time and fresh. I have to admit it does make me wary of ordering again incase this happens again.
