“Ordering was relatively easy but delivery wasn't good. It arrived so late in the day that the office they were sent to couldn't accept them. All customer service said was it could be delivered up to 9pm.”

“Ordered several of the same flowers bouquet, all delivered to various parts of the UK, I was told by Brothers and Sisters that they loved their flowers , two of the bouquets I did get to see , both were lovely but one of them had less Greenery giving the impression of a smaller bouquet, I would have been happy with the first one I saw had I not seen the second one , overall very happy again .”

“Do NOT use this company. I ordered a Christmas basket which didn't look anything like the one I paid for and thrown together costing £50. When I asked for the right order to be resent they have refused and that is basically their customer service!”

“I highly recommend Eflorist. I've used this company a few timesto send to my elderly parents and thier partners, and they are always really happy with them. It's really easy to place an order and you are kept updated on your order right up to delivery. They're the only come I'll use or recommend.”

“I have been ordering flowers from Eflorist for about 10 years from Canada for my niece in Romford. She has always sent me a picture of the beautiful flowers that have been delivered to her and always comments on the smell and freshness of the flowers. The deliveries have always been on time and without incident . I totally recommend Eflorist for any occasion.”

“Would not use this company again horrible customer service when they did not deliver my flowers that i ordered and did nothing to rectify the problem nor did they log a complaint when i asked them to do so. AVOID AT ALL COSTS USE ANOTHER COMPANY…”
