“Booking with eflorist was easy and quick I chose my own date and time and they were delivered professionally flowers were carefully protected and were delivered on time communication was A1 as always and my mother in law was over the moon with her flowers and chocolate”

“I bought basket of flowers as a Christmas gift. They arrived in a wet box and flowers in a poor state, many broken. Asked for a replacement but told i had to pay for the delivery! I've asked for reimbursement for postage of replacement but my email has been ignored.”
