“We had shippment by Amazon that had damaged , done a chat through the web site we got a replacement ordered with in 1 hour ,and was delivered nex day by yodel to the daughter in law great work well done by the eflorest team”

“I have used this company for sending flowers for 12 months. On the whole all has been well and flowers have arrived at there destination in good order. I was worried about one delivery that was left outside for an elderly lady but she did see them and take them in.”

“The flowers where left/ thrown behind a fence in the back of the house. I rang my friend the day after to see if she had received the flowers & she said that she had not. She decided to investigate going out of the back door & found them behind the fence. The box was sodden & in a poor condition. I’m not Happy with this delivery. If not leaving them at the front door then at least leave a note through the letterbox to say where they have been left??”
