I sent a bouquet for Christmas to my friend in Gorleston for Christmas. When the flowers arrived - the first thing my friend noticed was that the box had been tampered with. There was a hole in the box flowers were broken. All the leaves on the roses were in such a poor condition they had to be cut off - there were only four stems of freesia and one of those was dying. All in all a bad experience and very upsetting for me who had sent the bouquet. I spent ages trying to report the problems to the "bot" and trying to find a number so I could ring with the complaint. The "bot" could not understand anything I wrote and could not advise how to contact a living person. When I tried telephoning the phone would ring and then it would go dead. I tried this number several times and the result was always the same. I eventually found an address to write to but as yet I haven't written so am glad of this opportunity to vent my unhappiness at the poor service. For your information Order ID DE19BETXM05

Flowers arrived on time. My friend who received them said they were beautiful and she was very happy with them. I was kept informed of when they were sent out and when they were delivered. easy to book on line.

Delivered promptly and very well packaged. Flowers in bud, came out in flower within 1 or days and looked splendid for Christmas. This made my mum very happy and brightened up her Christmas.

Ordered flowers for a friend, I received messages regarding how the delivery was going. When they delivered and where they were delivered too (in this case they were left in the porch, so a quick message to my friend to ensure she got them). They arrived fresh and she was delighted with them. Reasonably priced, I would order from them again.

Advertised by EFlorist as flowers delivered in bud. My order arrived with flowers in full bloom and in fact were starting to wilt. Very disappointed and will not use EFlorist again.

Ordered flowers to be delivered a couple of days later, but when I asked the recipient if she received them, she didn't know what I was talking about!!!!! Supposed to be delivered by Amazon, but there was a problem, so sent it back with no notification from Eflorist. Very disappointed & due to delivery problems, won't use again

Sent a Christmas bouquet and chocolates to some dear friends that I didn't get chance to visit. Ordering was easy, communication, tracking all excellent. My friends were surprised and happy and delivery time was spot on. Many thanks.

The gift I ordered, I was very happy with, it arrived on the date I wished it to be delivered, it was worth every penny and I will 100% order again and again from Eflorist, and have sent a link to my family and friends

Used this company twice and it was perfect from start to finish. Easy to order, good value for money, easy payment transaction, they keep you informed every step of the way, by text, or email. The flowers were delivered on the day which you can choose and they even text you with a time slot. I won’t go anywhere else if I need flowers delivering again. 5 star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My order was sent to a dear friend who was recovering from her 3rd Stroke. She rang to thank me for her gorgeous flowers which cheered her up no end. The order arrived on time, and the price was very affordable. Thank you EFlorist.

I ordered flowers for an elderly friend of my mums, in which the box was damaged when they arrived as you can in the picture below. I didnt realise they were delivered by Amazon as I have seen how some the Of the Amazon parcels get handled. After contacting one of your agents, they replied asking me for photos of the flowers, in which I can understand but when you purchase flowers as gifts you dont want to keep going back to the person who reviewed them asking for photos. When the person in question received them she sent a photo asking are these from your mum which is the box in the picture below, they’re beautiful but I did have to throw a few away as they were bent. I apologised and said I’m glad you like them, I’m certainly not gonna go back and forwards asking for photos, she’s an elderly lady.. After explaining all this, I heard nothing back from yourselves. However the flowers that were not damaged were lovely and she was happy! Nice customer service, especially at Christmas time
