“I chose EFlorist because there us a great selection of bouquets at reasonable prices. It is very easy to place an order and the delivery service is excellent and on the day I requested. I have used the service twice in the last six weeks and both orders were as advertised and on time.”

“My Christmas flowers order for my sister in law in Essex was very disappointing. The flowers were delivered but the packaging was so damaged that she could not read who it was from and the flowers were damaged too. Please let me know why this was the case. I paid about £35 for this order. No photo available sadly.”

“I sent a bouquet of white roses to a friend whose party I was attending. I arrived on the same day as the bouquet. It was wrapped well and delivered on time. I was so disappointed when I saw that the roses were in full bloom, not buds, and visibly wilting. I tried to contact eflorist but until this request for a review they were nigh impossible to contact. Very disappointed I will not use the company again. Jessica Plantier”

“Beautiful flowers but the image was VERY misleading! We all chipped in at work for a bouquet of 100 roses for our boss's shop's anniversary and it turned out to be a smaller bouquet than what you'd get for about £30 at a local market! Very embarrassing, thank you!”

“Shocking arrangement that bore no resemblance to what I ordered. All flowers are available this time of year as well as I checked with a local florist. I ordered a hedgerow bouquet which features vintage style lilac roses and thistles and I got one white rose and tacky leaves sprayed silver! I have complained and asked for a refund but now my emails are going unanswered!”

“I am not sure whether to give a rating of 3 or 4. I bought 100 red roses. The flowers were beautiful, but unfortunately, it was delivered by amazon with the box damaged and most of the flowers damaged and fallen inside the box. Still, Mrs was happy with the flowers. Would still buy again, as it was no eflowers fault; and December they probably amazon probably has too many orders so probably wasn’t delivered with care ;/”

“I sent these flowers to a friend , who I haven’t seen for many years … she said they were beautiful, I also ordered the vase with it. It arrived on the day I asked for and I was kept informed of delivery , so I knew when she received them … fantastic service . I had asked for a day well in advanced that’s why they took over a month.”
