“Ordered flowers from Australia for my mother's 98th birthday. Tracked delivery by Yodel that they had been delivered in the afternoon. No flowers. Contacted florist but no reply email. Flowers turned up the next day propped against the garage door. Not happy.”

“Totally incompetent company full of excuses! Ordered flowers 4 days ago 17th December for delivery today and once again No Show!! This is the second occasion I have ordered flowers and they have not been delivered”

“My stepmum has just moved at the age of 87 to live near her daughter. The move couldn’t have gone more smoothly. She loves flowers and was absolutely thrilled when she rang to say she had received them. That was all I needed to know thank you her lovely surprise 💐”

“Delivery was left at the door of a block of apartments - recipient wasn't aware that they had been delivered until the next day ! On unwrap, several stems were broken and a cane had been pushed through the oasis, which when filled leaked water. Disappointing first order with EFlorist.”

“This was the first time I have used your service. The website was easy to use. There was plenty of choice and a good price range, the delivery prompt and I was happy to learn from my friend that her flowers were lovely!
