“I ordered next day delivery, on Saturday evening. I fully expected the delivery to be on Monday as promised. However, Monday I was told they had been dispatched for delivery Wednesday, then Wednesday I was told the delivery wouldn’t be till Friday. I tried numerous times to contact you to cancel but your contact details were incorrect. The person who was to receive the flowers is very sick and I was left very disappointed.”

“Amazing service. I don’t live in the uk and couldn’t make it to a special event, so ordered some flowers with added free chocolates and paid bit more for Prosecco too. Came exactly the time as stated and the recipient was extremely happy! I followed a week after and the flowers weee still going strong!”

“Made our first order for two bouquets. The two recipients were absolutely delighted. Then ordered a subsequent bouquet that had the same ecstatic review. Service, price and delivery, excellent. “EFlorist were brillient. I wanted to send my sister some flowers to let her know we were thinking of her. I placed an order was given a date for delivery and was pleased they arrived on time. “The most beautiful flowers...absolutely stunning. Arrived very very fresh...well packaged...lovely, very polite delivery guy...a refreshing change from some delivery company grumpy guys. Flowers were an unexpected gift, but as well as being a big surprise, the condition of the flowers were also unexpected...they were and still are, after almost two weeks, still stunning. Thank you so much, more power to you and your company.”

“I bought a ‘large’ bouquet and what was received was small in a normal person’s opinion. And the ‘free chocolates’ is a minute sample box. Rubbish. I’ll never use your service again.”

“First the flowers were a day late, Next the price I paid I could have bought better from a supermarket, I can't Send photos as they are in the bin they lasted 3 days I'll be surprised if this review is put on your website so try another site or shop”

“Brilliant service - beautiful flowers and a Christmas Tree delivered on time - they’re just gorgeous… delivering my mum and daughter the important Christmas hugs that I can't due to living at opposite ends of the country so won’t see them over the holidays . Thank you so much for helping the distance just that little bit less”

“Excellent bought flowers for my mother they couldn’t be delivered on the day so delivered two days later as I wasn’t in the next day also had a apology note attached, my mother is very happy with her flowers and that’s all that matters”
