“To counter a previous negative review I left, where I said I hadn't heard from eFlorist after flowers arrived late and I hadn't heard from Customer Services. Their email had actually been put in my Junk folder. They then resolved the issue to my satisfaction. I have since submitted another order and all went well. As always, the recipient was very happy with the flowers, and as on most occasions, they were received on the day as expected. So as with most companies, there is the occasional glitch, and this may have been down to Yodel rather than eFlorist, but I'm happy to recommend them again now.”

“Flowers arrived boxed up along with the free box of chocolates and small bottle of Prosecco I added to the order. Flowers are great quality and have started to open up now in water. Very easy to choose and order on the web site and emails keeping you informed were great. Only disappointment was delivery by Yodel, took 48 hits to arrive after due date with a lack of updates but that is not a reflection on EFlorist performance.”

“The process was easy to order, got discount on my first order. Kept me updated until flowers were delivered. They were for my friend who loved them and the chocolates which accompanied the flowers. Will use EFlorist again.”

“No issue with ordering or delivery as this was on time what I would say is the photograph of my bouquet made it look bigger than what it actually was. What would actually help is details about how many flowers you actually get as this would be something that could be checked and confirmed that you get what you've paid for.”
