“Customer service is usually brilliant but this time omitted to put who flowers were from so the recipient was quite embarrassed when she had to ask me if I had sent them, and was worried in case I hadn’t . Very unusual for eflowers they are normally first class. Think they are still the best”

“My chosen flowers were unavailable on the day I had chosen. The order went ahead as if ok. The same day, I received a message from eflorist telling me that there was no florist nearby to deliver the flowers that day. They offered me an alternative bunch to be delivered the next day. They were very responsive and easy to communicate with, however, I would have thought they would have refunded me and offered me delivery for the next day free if charge as the fault was at their end. Anyway, flowers arrived even though they weren't the ones I originally ordered, they are lovely.”

“The box was damaged, the flowers were thirsty, however, the flowers were in bud and after being put into a vase of water they were beautiful by the next morning.”

“The flowers delivered were beautiful , and looked fresh. Only one problem the delivery man had to ring me as could not find the right road, The address i gave was not correct for him ,so needs looking into.... But i still would order from you again as flowers were FAB. thank you . Mrs J B.”
