“Personally think price should include delivery charge so that you know what is final price before you reach check out, otherwise quick n easy to use. Flowers are a gift so unable to comment on actual product just hope it lives up to name. If flowers sent in bud would be helpful to see that pic as a before and the flowers in bloom as after”

“Ordered some hand delivered flowers for my mums 70th Birthday, plenty of choice and good prices and it was very easy to use the website. I asked in the notes that if possible could they be delivered AM. The flowers arrived during the morning & were beautiful very good service, will definitely use e-florists again and recommend them.”

“The flowers are lovely and were received well by the recipient. Slightly let down by Yodel who delivered later than estimated time. When contacting Yodel, they expect me, the paying customer to call the driver. Also wasn’t able to find a contact phone number for eFlowers. Apart from that, good looking flowers.”

“A reasonable price, lovely flowers. Let down by poor delivery service from Yodel. Hard to contact your customer service as chat wasn’t working and email response is up to 72 hours. No phone number.”
