“Delivery prompt as arranged. Flowers in good condition although sometimes dry but as soon as in water perk up. But don’t always look great on opening box. Otherwise good. I have not be deterred by this and used a few times.”

“This was the second order I have made with eFlorists and would definitely recommend them. The flowers were beautiful and lasted a decent amount of time. They were delivered in excellent condition. Definitely will use again.”

“I was happy with the flowers I ordered for my sister’s birthday once I knew that the lilies would open up, which they did beautifully. I recommended Eflorist to my daughter and she sent lovely flowers to her aunt too. However, she was unable to use the promised discount for some reason.”

“Ordered fairytale bouquet for a friends birthday. Ordering and delivery was straightforward and communication good. The bouquet had £10 off and came with free chocolates and I'd say was worth the price I paid but not the full price as per the website as the bouquet was smaller than expected.”

“Amazing how i have to put a higher rating to get a review published;((..think its hit and miss were eflorist deliver as i got a 70th gift delivered today for my mother in law and it was dry,droopy and like a £4 dupermarket bunch:(( doubt me using this company again now”

“I order flowers at 4pm for the next day delivery . They were a birthday surprise and arrived by 10 am . My sister in law was so happy with them and said how beautiful they were . Thank you I will be using you again .”

“Delivery was excellent, also price, customer service was poor, I tapped on the order form to claim the " free " box of chocolates which I found out I shouldn't have done so my friend didn't get the chocolates. I did contact customer service who flatly refused to add them.....to me a 99p box of chocolates shouldn't have been a problem to add !! very disappointed so I shall probably not use this company again or recommend them !”
