“The recipient was very impressed with beauty of the bouquet; it achieved its purpose of raising her mood; it was delivered according to the tracking sent out; competitive price; recipient was made happier by the "sweet treat" supplied free. All in all a good experience for the recipient and the sender.”

“I was told my flowers would arrive Tuesday I then get a text saying Wednesday. By the time they finally arrive Thursday they’ve missed the event. Well done you have a completely unsatisfactory service .”

“Flowers were for a birthday. Delivery late afternoon/ early evening was hardly ideal. Looking at the tracking details it was no real surprise that the flowers appeared so very tired. Very disappointed.”

“I ordered some flowers for someone close that had been rushed to hospital. when they received there was no message and no free chocolates. when I contacted them the customer service was shocking first they offered to get the message to them. then I had to ask about the chocolates and they refunded me £2!! I am shocked that that was what they wanted to do to resolve it. true customer service would have been to apologise and say we will send some more flowers with the message and chocolates. I will never use them again or recommend them. I know mistakes happen and that is ok but the way you rectify it is what counts.”

“The website was easy to use and the order process straight forward. The recipient was delighted with the size and quality of the bouquet. I was particularly impressed with the delivery lady. I had noted on the delivery instructions that the recipient had limited mobility so needed time to answer the door. Not only did she do this, she very kindly offered to put them inside for her. Thank you for making somebody’s day extra special!”
