“I ordered some flowers for someone close that had been rushed to hospital. when they received there was no message and no free chocolates. when I contacted them the customer service was shocking first they offered to get the message to them. then I had to ask about the chocolates and they refunded me £2!! I am shocked that that was what they wanted to do to resolve it. true customer service would have been to apologise and say we will send some more flowers with the message and chocolates. I will never use them again or recommend them. I know mistakes happen and that is ok but the way you rectify it is what counts.”

“The website was easy to use and the order process straight forward. The recipient was delighted with the size and quality of the bouquet. I was particularly impressed with the delivery lady. I had noted on the delivery instructions that the recipient had limited mobility so needed time to answer the door. Not only did she do this, she very kindly offered to put them inside for her. Thank you for making somebody’s day extra special!”

“Absolutely the worst company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Flowers and card dreadful and they refuse to deal with me as I didn't order the flowers but was a recipient of them. My advice is NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. Don't care about customers or quality of the product they are supplying”

“I live in Canada and wanted to send my Aunt flowers for her special 70th birthday . The flowers were beautiful , affordable and arrived on time given the time zine change of 7 hours, not only did she get beautiful flowers , she also got complimentary Linder chocolates. Such a great experience for my first time sending flowers over seas . Thank you EForist ☺️”

“The flowers are always beautiful when arranged & at great prices & often free gifts with the flowers. They are always well received when I order them for gifts. Communication process is excellent on ordering & on delivery & after & always offer a next day delivery for rushed orders. Extremely happy with this company & will continue to use them for flowers”
