“The flowers were ordered for my sister's 60th Birthday. They were delivered on the requested day and on the time frame suggested by the courier. Flowers were in good condition and my sister was very pleased with choice.”

“Flowers were for my friend's 70th birthday. Arrived late afternoon but very wilted. She said they picked up after putting in water, but I don't know if she was just being nice rather than disappoint me.”

“Flowers ordered were never delivered despite feedback saying that courier had delivered them. I would have given no stars if I had the option to do so. Delivery of these flowers was very important on day I had selected so very disappointed about having to ask another more reliable company to deliver flowers on a subsequent date. Provided with refund which I am entitled to but no offer of any other form of compensation. Won't be using them again.”
