“Straight forward and easy and flowers were lovely”

“While I cannot comment on the product delivered as I am not the recipient, eflorist should change the delivery/courier company YODEL. They were going to leave the flowers at the entrance of an apratment block. After a web chat with Yodel for 30mts (Charu C) she just couldn't understand my simple request for the driver to ring the apartment, as she/he kept saying that the driver will find a safe place to keep it. Yodel doesn't deliver flowers to a person, they will just leave it anywhere they think assuming it would be safe, even by the roadside! I will not recommend ordering flowers unless you are living in a house.”

“Flowers for a friend. I’ve used eflorist twice, once in this country and the other abroad to my daughter. In both occasions they have delivered what they promised, on time and with good quality flowers. The recipient of the U.K. flowers was very happy with her bunch and also with her chocolates! (I think those went to her husband). Will recommend it and use it again. Barbara.”
