“One thing you could change to avoid concern is. When the package is nearing its destination, stop telling the person that sent the package, that the package will be on their doorstep soon. It’s confusing. Change instruction to, the package will be on the reciepeants doorstep soon.”

“To counter a previous negative review I left, where I said I hadn't heard from eFlorist after flowers arrived late and I hadn't heard from Customer Services. Their email had actually been put in my Junk folder. They then resolved the issue to my satisfaction. I have since submitted another order and all went well. As always, the recipient was very happy with the flowers, and as on most occasions, they were received on the day as expected. So as with most companies, there is the occasional glitch, and this may have been down to Yodel rather than eFlorist, but I'm happy to recommend them again now.”

“Delivery was on time, so no problem there. However the flowers were very disappointing, they were dehydrated and didn't resemble the picture online at all, in fact they were completely different flowers. Fortunately I had time to go and buy a bunch of flowers locally to replace them.”

“The flowers and chocs arrived on time and I was updated via text re the Yodel tracker about their whereabouts en route which was good. The recipient loved them and sent me a photo of the flowers in the vase and they did look good. Thank you. I will use your services again.”

“Very easy to use website for same day delivery. My friend who had recieved the flowers expressed how smiley and happy the delivery man was. I had the opportunity to see the flowers a couple of days after delivery and what you see on the website is exactly what you receive. Beautiful flowers with lots of life in them plus newly budding flowers ready to spring to life. Will definitely buy again.”

“Used many times before but really disappointed on this occasion. Bouquet got hand delivered. It got left on the door step in a Wilkos bag in the pouring rain at 4 pm. No note through the door was Left. And it was only found when I asked if they enjoyed the surprise flower delivery four hours later. The flowers drenched Poor delivery Poor service Money wasted.”
