“This was the first time I had used this company. The delivery was to time and my friend was thrilled by the bouquet and chocolates. The price was also very competitive. Well done.”

“Best selection of flowers , I ordered the rainbow roses and my daughter was well impressed with them, it was great that you could order a vase to come with your flowers, ordering was straight forward and delivery was on time, would definitely recommend to my family and friends.”

“Disappointed as ordered for same day delivery for a birthday gift I’d forgotten to send. After placing my order, paying for it and confirming the same day delivery I later received a text to say they couldn’t deliver that day. I asked to cancel the order to be told it would be 3-5 days before I was reimbursed. Very unhappy as it was too late to sort anything else for the same day by this point.”

“I always use Moonpig to deliver cards for me but on this occasion they didn’t deliver and I needed flowers quite quickly, I know that my friend was thrilled with them. Thankyou so Much SHERIE Haines”

“I am glad the flowers come budded so that they last longer for the recipient. They don’t look quite as impressive upon arrival as in the photos, but I hear once they begin to bloom out, they are just like the photos.”

“Flowers were ordered for a friend’s birthday. Having been ordered days ahead on the day of her birthday they were not delivered until after 7:00pm were packaged in a box and on opening several stems and blooms were broken. Sorry e-florist, I won’t be using your services again.”

“I ordered this bouquet to be delivered to a friend for birthday. I was away from home but kept getting messages from you and Yodel that they are being delivered to me. Final message from Yodel ‘left in porch’ but when I came home NO flowers here. I have not heard from my friend to say thanks. Please could you confirm where delivered. Jackie Wesley.”
