“Despite putting Wakefield College on the address - delivery time was between 16.19-18.19pm. I had to spoil the surprise and inform the person about the flowers and delivery time as the college closes at 16.30pm on a Friday. Trying to contact customer service was like looking for a needle in a haystack. After finding an email address I sent an email to customer service which pinged back telling me you had improved you service and to send my query to another email address which I tried 4 times and was returned instantly as being no such address. This was very frustrating and you do not give a contact telephone number. Will never use again.”

“I have no idea whether the flowers ever reached my friend. Last time I ordered flowers from eFlorist you sent me a photo of the flowers by the front door, so I knew they'd arrived. It's possible that they got there, but they weren't signed for, and I have no way of knowing. It's a nursing home, so someone would have been able to take delivery of them. I was told they'd been left by the front door. I don't think much of your delivery service.”

“I have used you many many times & never had a problem in the past. The flowers didn’t arrive, I have emailed you but nobody has answered my emails. Yodel the delivery company have said they handed the delivery to the customer which is a blatant lie, I have contacted them but also received no response. Please advise what I need to do to get this sorted out. Thank you”

“Flowers arrived boxed up along with the free box of chocolates and small bottle of Prosecco I added to the order. Flowers are great quality and have started to open up now in water. Very easy to choose and order on the web site and emails keeping you informed were great. Only disappointment was delivery by Yodel, took 48 hits to arrive after due date with a lack of updates but that is not a reflection on EFlorist performance.”

“I sent flowers to a family member who is unwell and who lives in Brussels. I selected the "Florist's choice" option as I was not sure which flowers would be available there at this time of year. The recipient was delighted with the beautiful bouquet which was delivered very promptly. She reported that the flowers were very fresh and beautifully presented. It is not always easy to send flowers abroad but I found that EFlorist's service was excellent - easy to order and reasonable prices. I will certainly use EFlorist again. Thank you very much.”
