“Absolutely brilliant! My order was delivered by a local florist within an hour of my online order. The flowers were exactly what I had ordered and really good value for money. My friend was thrilled with them. I will definitely use EFlorist next time I send flowers to anyone.”

“I ordered on Monday morning, I tried to make changes but was told I couldn’t as it was next day delivery and then my order was lost, I contacted you on Thursday and you sent another order out on Thursday and the flowers arrived late Saturday and were wilted, dry & looked awful, I’ll be calling your customer services again in the morning, I’m embarrassed for my recipient.”

“No flowers received. I contacted customer services and they refused to acknowledge or provide refund or options. Completely unacceptable, you kept my money and I have no flowers!! Disgusting really.”
