“I ordered my first bunch of flowers and wax happy with the delivery but didn’t actually see the flowers. I ordered a second bunch because I was sent a voucher code to get a further 10% discount. I did not get the discount even though the code was accepted ☹️”

“There was no card saying who the flowers were from, I filled one in when I placed the order. There was only 3 chocolates with the flowers, whereas when I have ordered before there was a small box.”

“The flowers were delivered on time, but sadly the blooms on two of the flowers had their heads snapped of so they went straight in the bin, this was as wedding anniversary Gift for my wife, she was not pleased.”

“Send a sympathy bouquet to our friends, I ensured the free chocolates were removed but unticking the box, but they sent them anyway!! Very embarrassing and inappropriate, not much by way of an apology either!!!”

“I ordered a bouquet with white and purple flowers that looked beautiful on the picture and I am happy to confirm that the recipient was very happy with the flowers and card. In fact she says that the flowers are still looking fresh several days after delivery. So, thank you for the excellent service!😀”

“Hi Sophie The ordering and delivery were very good. Unfortunately the flowers were not brilliant. There was a flower head missing and only a stem and two flowers were in full bud and only lasted a day. As this was a present for my sister in laws 70th birthday I was disappointed 😞 Anne Callaghan”

“Ordered flowers to be delivered on Friday ( my friends birthday ) received a text in the afternoon advising you could not find a florist who could deliver on that day .. So I had to choose another day which is today 3 days after her birthday, have now just had en email advising delivery between 1900 and 2100 . very upsetting”
