“Although the flowers were fine I found the delivery service to be somewhat lacking. EFlorist please take note! Your delivery was made to an elderly disabled lady at 9.30 in the evening, according to the POD I received. The package was left on the doorstep in the dark, without even knocking on the door. The lady did not find the package until the following day when a neighbour spotted them and knocked on the door to alert her - clearly this is unacceptable! Please make sure that your delivery drivers at least knock on the door in future!”

“I have used their service before and returned because I thought they offered an excellent service. Boy was I surprised. I placed another order and it wasn’t delivered and when I brought it to their attention the person dealing with it was rude, via email? Email you know! I am so disappointed.”

“cant fault the service ,i wanted flowers to be sent as a thank you after a passing of a family member ,they arrived very quickly whilst i was on the phone to the recipient so was wonderful to see how wonderful flowers can help show appreciation sometimes words cannot say what you want to say”
